Perfect Kitchen
I booked the home for the large clean kitchen because I was in town for a wedding and I was making the wedding cake and 100 cupcakes for the celebration. The property was very clean and the kitchen was perfect. I’d love to return sometime to enjoy the rest of the nice property and amenities.

Great quiet house in the woods!
6 adults stayed here and it was perfect for our needs. Right on the golf course so a few of us could play a round. Close to Crosby....sadly a lot of the businesses were closed....on a Saturday! But the house was great! Suited our needs really well. It was clean and had everything we needed and then some. Jeff and Alicia were awesome hosts and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again! Thank you, Jeff & Alicia!

Great time -- Great place
Three couples had a great visit. The house is located in a beautiful setting, surrounded by huge trees with a great fire pit area in a safe neighborhood. We had a fun time exploring the area, biking on nearby trails between small towns and into the Cuyuna State Recreation Area. The owner was very gracious and allowed us to use his garage to store our bikes. The house was clean, the beds were comfy, and the games and puzzles were a nice distraction during a rainy day. The house was even stocked with fruit and chocolates! The owner also was kind to let us checkout later in the day as well as we enjoyed our last bike ride.

Best week of Summer
Had everything we needed and more. The kids had a blast sleeping everywhere. Plenty of room for cooking together. Great place for nature walks. Relaxing evenings on the large deck watching stars, or sitting by the fire pit.

Beautiful home and nice location
Jeff is an awesome host and will quickly answer any of your questions. The house is very spacious, clean and full of amenities. It's located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood and is very close to the Cuyuna mountain biking trails. Very highly recommended Jeff's beautiful house for anyone looking for an awesome place to relax and enjoy the world class mountain biking in Cuyuna.

The deck feels like being in a tree house - lovely
Very spacious interior, and lovely setting in the woods. Deck is on the upper level, so you feel like you are sitting amongst the treetops - lovely sounds of birds chirping and the wind rustling the leaves. Master bedroom and bath + laundry room + kitchen/dining/living room + screened in porch are on the upper/main level. Family room + 2 bdrms + bathroom are on the lower level (kind of like a walkout basement). Very clean, furnishings very comfortable - a very pleasant stay. Host was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. The location is convenient to the town of Crosby with restaurants, coffee shops, the park and playground on Serpent Lake, etc. A very nice property.

Great hideaway
Enjoyed the outdoor biking adventures in this area and this place was a great spot to relax and come back indoors. Felt like a great hideaway among the trees with the trails nearby.

Great House in Quiet Neighborhood Close to Lots of Fun!
My husband and I with our 20 yr old son came up for the weekend - we mainly come up to Mt. Bike the Cuyuna Trails. Our first impression of the house was that it was in a serene tree filled neighborhood. Great quiet place with huge yard, fire pit and massive deck. Inside the house was clean and well equipt. It had 3 bedrooms with new mattresses & new bedding. The furniture and carpet seem new and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need to cook/feed a large group. The host also added some extra touches - sprayed for mosquitoes, left kayaks for us to use, had a Kerig with pods, and left us fruit and candy :) Location in addition to being quiet/secluded, it was very close to Deerwood, Crosby, Aitkin, Ironton and Brainerd. Lots to do including 46 miles of Mt. Biking trails, Breweries, Golf, Water sports, etc. We will stay again!

Great weekend getaway
We had a great time staying near Deerwood! The house met our expectations. We had a wonderful time sitting around the campfire (wood, torch and bug spray provided), sitting on the deck in the afternoon sun, sitting in the screen room(pre fire time, but when the mosquitos really like to come out), cooking in the ample kitchen/open room, and watching a late night scary movie on netflix. A few of us even slipped out for that round of golf. Had a wonderful time..

A good place for a weekend getaway!
Booked this property when it was still new. Missed the deadline for the discount but the owner and his daughter were very nice and understanding and still gave us the discount for the cabin anyway! They were very responsive and helpful with all of the questions I had. Host was also very accommodating and understanding, which made our stay even better! The place was neat and clean. The house has an open layout which made it better to communicate with friends and family and watch your kids while cooking. The property was a good distance away from neighbors so we didn’t have any problems at all. Will definitely book again in the future!!!
