This home gave us plenty of room to comfortably relax and I enjoyed having a kitchen and dining room for meals. Our host responded promptly to any inquiries. “The host was very accommodating with our late check out. The first impression of the house not the best, as the yard needed mowed and the outside could have been cleaned up a bit, but the inside of the house was very nice, and everything was spotless. Overall was a good experience.”

“Plenty of room for 6 adults. House was fully stocked with the essentials. Soap, t.p. plenty of towels , blankets, pillows etc. Only drawback, ice machine wasn't working properly. Only 2 small ice trays available, had to buy ice.”

“The Red House is just as depicted! The beds were super comfortable, and everyone appreciates a heated bathroom floor. The house is a block away from the business area and walkable to several restaurants. I was there for a reunion weekend, and we used it as a central location for those activities in addition to others such as a visit to Allerton Park. I would recommend the Red House to those visiting the town or participating in events at the University of Illinois (c.25 minutes away).”
