** ¡Gran espacio para entretener a grupos grandes! Televisores Roku con YouTube TV, consolas de juegos (ver detalles a continuación), terraza en la azotea y fácil acceso a la ciudad.
** El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king size y las otras habitaciones tienen 3 camas queen y 1 cama doble. También contamos con 3 camas plegables (enumeradas como camas individuales en cada habitación) para ayudar a acomodar grupos grandes.
** Todos los baños completos tienen calefacción por suelo radiante y el baño principal cuenta con una ducha de vapor.
** La cocina está totalmente equipada para cocinar, con una estufa comercial y hay una parrilla en la cubierta.
** Wifi en todas partes, TV de Youtube, televisores inteligentes y consolas de juegos en las principales salas de estar. Tenemos una Nintendo, Sega, Super Nintendo, Nintendo 64, PlayStation 1 y 2 y varios juegos para jugar en una configuración de tres televisores.
** Tenemos juegos al aire libre para su uso que incluyen Corn Hole, Yardzee y Ladder Toss. También hay mesas plegables adicionales para entretenimiento al aire libre y muchos muebles de exterior para ti.

Amazing Property
We had a wonderful time at this property. Its was great to have the downstairs for the kids to play while the adults cooked and chatted upstairs. The video games brought us all back to our childhood and we had a lot of fun playing them. The hot tub was also another favorite of our group.

Weekend football outing
Family came to watch BHSU vs Chadron State football game. We had beautiful weather and a very nice place to stay. We were unable to get there before midnight Thursday night and Ryan assured us that would not be a problem. And it wasn’t. Check-in was seemless. The house had everything we needed for the weekend. Was very clean and comfortable. Location of the house made it very easy to get to the stadium. We spent a lot of our time on the deck. It was big enough to accommodate a couple corn hole tournaments and the view is awesome. Thank you for a very nice stay.

Spacious and Family friendly!
Our stay was great. The house was spacious and had more than everything we had anticipated. The hot tub was set cooler than we thought it would be our initial use but was easy to increase the temperature for later use. In the evening and early morning there were deer in the back yard. With limited development north of the house in the back yard made it perfect for viewing stars at night and potentially catching some northern lights depending on the Aurora activity. We would definitely stay here again if visiting the Black Hills/Spearfish again!

It is exactly like the description and pictures… location is perfect as well. The outdoor rooftop patio we used all the time. The beds were the most comfortable we have slept on. Wonderful house
Our family loved our stay! Our kids (ages 6 & 3) loved the video games and that there were toys and books in the bedrooms. The whole family loved the hot tub and the full kitchen to cook meals. It was also nice to pull right into the garage and park for the night. Communication with the hosts was very easy and they were quick to respond.

Great Stay
We stayed here with family and the location was perfect. Close to the interstate and town. The house is stunning and kid friendly. This house worked out very well for us. The only thing I would warn people against is if you have a low-ride van or regular car you can't get into the driveway. The stairs in the house would also not work well for anyone with mobility issues.

The house was wonderful. We enjoyed the relaxation and quiet neighborhood as well as stunning views from the patio. The hot tub and steam shower was amazing. All the amenities and a convenient location to all the fantastic things to do in Spearfish!
