Had a great stay
Our room was a great value. We loved the good communication from the owner so we were prepared to check in. We sat on the balcony to eat and loved the view. It was a great vacation for us.

Surprised
I was surprised at the property. The building the condo is in needs lots of repairs. Felt like walking into abandoned building inside lobby. Parking deck is unusable. Very limited parking in front of building. Only 2 elevators working and 1 was service elevator. Pool, decking and sea wall needs repairs and is blocked off due to instability. Condo looked like the pictures and was clean. Mattress needs replacing. Beach front is awesome view from patio but if one looks down you see the destruction around the pools. No offerings inside complex.

Nice without any amenities
Unit was good. Property condition is currently lacking. Hurricane Nicole hit it pretty hard. No pools or restaurants or bars open on site. No onsite beach access but public access is just at end of the building. They are working on the building currently on higher floors. Pool decks are still very much damaged.

Absolutely beautiful!
My family had such an amazing time! The condo was so nice and perfect for us. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony and the rest of the resort was impressive as well. It was so quiet and relaxing. Thank you so much! We would definitely love to come back!

Great place on the beach
Great location and not too busy beachside. Listing was pretty on point as far accuracy. Very clean. Small but enough for our family of 3 adults and 1 toddler for a few days to get away. Would stay again.

Perfect Beach Stay
This condo was great. Perfect 5th floor location for seeing the beach but not so high up it took too long to get down via the elevator. The beds were comfortable and clean. The resort is still recovering from the hurricane but beach access is just around the corner, not far at all. The garage is closed from the hurricane but plenty of parking in the lot beside the resort is available! The restaurant was closed during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great, for the most part
To start: The listing was very clear that there were leftover issues from the storm last year, and this was reflected in the price. We were in town for a family emergency and needed somewhere clean and affordable to stay, so this didn’t bother us. However, there is significant leftover beach erosion and damage. They have one of the few pools for a mile that didn’t get destroyed, and we’re filling it. Also, we had a great ocean view with beautiful sunrises. The room was mostly clean. When I walked it, it smelled and looked clean. The beds were as comfortable as any other hotel bed I’ve stayed in. The only issue in this regard was hair in the sheets. Check-out instructions ask guests to put sheets in the floor when we leave, so the most likely explanation is hair from the cleaners themselves. However, with cleanliness, perception is nearly as important as reality, so this freaked my wife out. There wasn’t a spare set in the room and the property manager wasn’t able to provide a set, but they offered to reimburse us if we bought a set. We just borrowed a set from the in-laws. We could hear a lot of noise from the room next door. This was a hotel room with a joining door that was converted to a condo, so a lot of sound and smell travels through this door. Fortunately, our neighbors were not horrible, but YMMV. Overall, it was great for the value and the property managers were great too. Would have been 5 stars if not for “the hair incident”

Excellent!
It was great! We’ve been coming there for years but this is the first time we’ve stayed using a VRBO. Everything was as listed/said. The box fan was still there and was a huge help for the mugginess. There were sand toys, body boards and extra chairs there which was nice. It was literally right off the elevator and right across from the parking garage exit (whenever they open that back up.). That was the only frustrating part because parking was horrendous. But that’s not the owners a fault… We left a few extra toys as well. I was slightly concerned since they didn’t have an extra swinging lock on the side, but we had no issues with the lock. As a matter a fact, the door instantly locked within seconds of opening it. So as long as you know the code you’re good to go! Would definitely book with them again! Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay the room was clean. The view was awesome- 5 th floor overlooking the beach.
Too bad the parking garage wasn’t opened. Was quite a walk, from the car to our room although there were elevators. We survived ( ages 67-71) . Walking wasn’t a problem but carrying a lot of items made it worse! I feel bad the the person who left a few items behind ( a cell phone I phone- locked with pw, a bag and few other items- left in draw) we called that office number because the motel doesn’t take care of private units. Never got a return call for them to pick things up. Never got any messages left on my phone. We were only there for a short stay. We were in room 544 and we left the items in the room. I feel bad for the people who will probably would never get their personal things back- because I wouldn’t want it to happen to us!

This unit is exactly what was advertised! There was one small issue but it was handled immediately by the owner. The owner commutes quickly and is willing to help with any issue. Will definitely rent from then again!

Beautiful View!
The room was as described. The AC unit didn’t really circulate the air, so we bought a box fan for the unit. I hope it’s still there because it definitely needs something. The parking garage closure was an initial concern, but we only had to park in the overflow area once. Hopefully they get the garage fixed soon.
