The goats and cats were also a big hit with the girls… no creek and/or fire pit use due to drought… but we made the best of it…. I forgot my shampoo and Ashley sent it to me along with a toy my granddaughter had left there…. We truly appreciated that…. ”

“The house was in a nice neighborhood, an older part of Dayton. The neighbors we met were very nice. The house looked to be well maintained with a lot of room for everyone...we had 6 adults. There was a very large kitchen and thats where we like to hangout. We would rent this property again.”

Location was central to many attractions. Outside areas were absolutely perfect for having morning coffee, drinks, and grilling out. Movie room was great for kids who had a ball. Highly recommend!”

“This has everything you need and then some. I only needed to provide my own food. It’s in a good location to see the airforce museum and it’s close to the college. Easy to access the highways and downtown Dayton. It has nice decor. The owner/manager is attentive. I would certainly stay again.”
