The property is actually split into a duplex style house, with rentable space in the basement and upstairs. There is a door that opens straight from one to the other that was completely accessible.
There was a backyard that was fenced in as advertised, but the only entrance to downstairs is in the backyard so the dogs got scared by the other renter, because we were unaware they were there! We also had a problem finding a lot of bones in the backyard?! They seemed to be bones from chicken wings, but it was hard to tell as I kept having to fish them out of my dogs' mouths.
The kitchen was not as stocked as advertised - no paper towels or any towels to be found in there.
The rooms were nice, and the beds comfortable. Loved the living room area, but did think it was odd that the TV couldn't log in to our accounts or log out.
Our biggest problem was being unaware that we were sharing our space, and the garbage/bones in the backyard.
