This is a nice rancher with nice furnishings and an outdoor kitchen. There were a couple of problems, though, that were kind of substantial for an outdoorsy birder in town for the spring migration. It was difficult to get fresh air into the house; almost none of the windows worked and those that did had major rips in the screens; the sliding door to the patio was missing a screen door. So, while I had planned on the advertised indoor-outdoor living, that wasn't possible without just leaving the doors standing wide open. Also, there were multiple flood lights on every corner of the house that were on all night. Unpleasant to be outdoors on the patio with them, and broken sleep as well, due to the brightness of the rooms. If these issues could be addressed (and the kitchen stocked with more common cooking utensils), it could be an awesome stay. The local Vacasa management was steller and responsive, however, and they did everything they could to remedy these issues, but there just wasn't time during my stay.
