“We were in town officiating a wedding on folly beach and the location of this property was a perfect home base. We could easily get on major roads to get to wedding location but also hop across town to go to Sullivan's island where my wife grew up going to the beach. The place was incredibly clean and it was obvious that the hosts take great pride in the property. Very thankful we spotted the listing and we went with it.”
