Here is my honest experience renting this house. When we arrived, the first thing we saw was garbage near the fireplace—matches, plastic wrappers, and even a used medicine container. The outdoor cushions were ripped, molded, and very dirty; only a couple were usable, but most should be replaced as they were unpleasant to sit on. Behind the bar we found trash and food leftovers, and around the pool area there were bottle caps scattered everywhere. The pool itself had algae on the bottom and even a frog swimming in it, showing it wasn’t maintained or treated with enough chlorine. At night, the backyard was very dark since nearly half of the spotlights didn’t work, and we had to rely on phone flashlights. The jacuzzi smelled strange, had algae on the bottom, cloudy water, and only one light worked; one of the modes didn’t function properly either. The mosquito lamp had no batteries, and none were provided. The listing also stated the pool was heated, but it was completely cold. The grill was in terrible shape—covered in grease and burned residue. One propane tank was empty, the other barely worked, and utensils were missing. Inside, we found flies in the kitchen (alive and dead), greasy pots, and a refrigerator that froze some of our food overnight. The washing machine had mold in the rubber seal and couldn’t be used. A closet door hinge was broken, and the master shower drain didn’t work properly. Overall, the property looked nice in pictures but in reality was far from luxury.
