“Lovely villa with all modern equipment, only 3 years old and in top class condition. All en- suite bathrooms well equipped and lovely walk in showers in three of the bedrooms. Good location about 10 minutes into Trogir centre and 10 to 15 minutes walk to beach. The hoste met us on arrival and was very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa, we stayed with friends and very spacious.”

There was a lot of construction on at the time which was t explained until we arrived, it wasn’t disruptive to us but some may have found it so. This is for a new beach and apartment complex which will significantly improve the amenities and look of the area, due completion in 2025. “We spent 10 days here with our three children. The house was very clean and had all the practical needs (airco, washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, ..). The host Niksa was very caring and made sure all went fine. We even got a self made cake upon and self made wine by his parents who were also extremely friendly people. The terrace has a nice view over Split. There is a small beach nearby (Beach Kamp) and the most interesting locations in Croatia are not that far away (Split, Krka National Park,...

The house is walking distance to the center of Strobrec, a suburb of Split with its marina and restaurants. There are also beaches just 3 minutes away which we enjoyed.
