family of RODENTS clawing and scratching in the attic above bedrooms
We were greeted by an Unswept & Dirty patio (notified PM, but had to sweep/clean it myself)
Smoker filthy & not working properly (notified property manager (“PM”); problem never addressed)
6 pool towels; notified PM- ONLY 6 more were delivered DAY 2
Complete Silverware for only 4 persons
No linens for inflatable beds; notified PM (wrong size sheets ONLY (no blankets/pillows) were delivered DAY 2
Only 6 dining room table chairs & all were unstable; notified PM (handy man sent to tighten them, DAY 2) (
Broken kitchen faucet; notified PM/ handyman sent, unable to repair(?), DAY 2)
Broken garbage disposal; notified PM (handyman sent & repaired, DAY 2)
Overflowing garbage cans in a dirty/smelly garage. Also, 5 large (42 gal) garbage full of garbage stored in garage, next to the overflowing garbage cans.
Water leaking from the ceiling DAY 3; Notified PM/Plumber came out next day (DAY 4), to inspect & informed us that no repair could be made until we vacate. Then informed us that we could no longer use the master bathtub
Hot tub not working; notified PM, no response
Pool cleaner broken; notified PM, no response
Ac unit so loud, difficult to sleep in downstairs bedroom; notified PM w/no response
bathroom sinks slow drain; notified PM W/no response
Upstairs bath drain stopper worked poorl
I started asking VRBO to find us new lodging, after Day 2, and they would not. We were told they had no availability. But yet, VRBO is affiliated with Hotels.com AND Expedia? O
