Inaccurate Description - Pictures Hide True Quality
This was the feedback I shared with the owners privately. After no response, VRBO asked me to write a review of property, so just sharing that here. Hello. We have completed our stay at your house. Unfortunately, the experience overall was not pleasurable. 1) The floors were sticky and not cleaned when we arrived. 2) We noticed that the accommodations as described did not match up to what was listed on the website. In the common area 2 futons and a twin bed were listed as sleeping spaces. When we arrived, there were two couches (that did not even pull out into a futon!) and no twin bed. Considering we planned and purchased this VRBO because of this, this resulted with 3 individuals not having a place to sleep. 2 slept on the couches, very uncomfortably (not pullout couches and both had dividers for where people should sleep, making laying sideways very difficult), and the other had to sleep on the ground. Again, very different than what was described and felt disingenuous. Finally, 3), the air conditioning broke and we had to content with the 90 degree weather, which was frankly awful. All 3 of these problems alone would have been problematic, but together created an environment where our group felt we were unintentionally cheated out of the vacation trip we were looking for. Considering the price that we paid for this stay, we feel obligated to do something about it. Furthermore, the neighborhood was sketchy, and the pictures of the property felt disingenuous. STAY AWAY.

Great Value Property for our Cousin Reunion
We had a group of cousins & friends stay at the property. There are plenty of beds for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped. The host was easy to reach. We enjoyed both the location and the property. Highly recommend!

Great location near many sites easy access. House was very clean with plenty of space and supplies. Check in was very easy. Overall great place to stay in quiet friendly neighborhood

The property was meh. We drove 10 hours and stay there 3 nights 4 days. 3 out of the 4 beds had black hairs on the pillow cases and in the sheets. I contacted the host and they offered us a credit to go buy new sheets at the Walmart near by. We were so tired of driving no one wanted to go anywhere. Plus it was close to mid night. So we decided to wash them instead but found a gross brown pool of water in the compartment next to where the liquid detergent goes. The cleaning to the house wasn’t thorough but more lazy and rushed. Found metal buckle on the carpet, trash behind small furniture. Didn’t feel clean. There are only 2 tvs upstairs. So not everyone could watch TV in bed on their rooms and 3 rooms had no lamps. So you would have to keep the bright room light on at all times for any light. The master bedroom has a bathroom but when you close the two door panels there’s a few centimeters of space in between so you can literally see through into the bathroom. No privacy at all. Also the window in the master bedroom is so thin you can hear EVERY THING outside. The first night there I thought the window was left open by all the noises we heard. This property isn’t worth the money we paid.

Spacious place in a great location!
My group and I had an excellant stay here. Everything was great and according to our liking. The location was local to everything and not far from major activities and attractions. I highly recommend staying here!

Baseball weekend stay
6 of us stayed here for the weekend. House was clean and exactly as described. Communication with the host was great. I overlooked the email about the code to enter, I called the host and he answered right away and gave me the code. Would stay here again!

Gameday getaway
Excellent place to stay. We had a group of 10 adults. Plenty of space for all. Very clean. We enjoyed a relaxing night by the firepit outside. Reccomend this place to anybody with a large group of people. Host offered to be at our assistance at any time but that was not necessary as the place had all that we needed.

Great location, beautiful place
My friends and I wanted to get together for a relaxing weekend. Eli’s place was nice. It is right across the street from Walmart, so we were able to pick up some last minute needs. It also was around quite a few restaurants, so it was great for that as well. The property itself is a little older, and has a few cleaning issues (nothing too bad but looked like house cleaners were in a rush) and it was very comfortable.

Family Gathering
The property was clean and comfortable. It was just what we needed for a family gathering in the Dallas area. There are plenty of beds and places to huddle around for a conversation or game of cards. The host was responsive to inquiries and we felt at home.

GREAT PLACE FOR THE FAMILY!!
Ali was an amazing host!! He communicates very well and made sure if we needed anything he was a phone call away! The home was decorated beautifully! Pictures doesn’t do the home Justice, it was very cleaned and sanitized. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything you could think of! Beds were very comfortable, and the home has some much space for everyone to enjoy. We will book again with Ali
