Detailed check-in information was provided and extremely helpful to ensure the arrival process was smooth. Unfortunately upon arrival, the property was rather dirty and not as "elegant" as advertised. The fridge and microwave were filthy, there were crumbs all over the kitchen floor, large dust balls in the master suite, a 2x2 foot unidentified wet spot in the main living space, etc. We also noticed that a hose was not appropriately connected to the hot water heater, concerning for carbon monoxide exposure. We reached out to the property manager immediately. He was responsive and was able to have maintenance come right away to correct the water heater. However due to the Thanksgiving holiday, they were unable to have a cleaning crew re-service the home, therefore they offered to reimburse the cleaning fee previously charged. We are still waiting for this reimbursement....With improved cleaning service, reevaluation of daily charges (VERY high) and a bit more TLC to the upstairs, this home has potential to be a great stay going forward.
