“Lovely property, renovated (but not "restored") to high standard but modern electricals (great wifi, TV) and kitchen/baths. Spacious home, multiple eating areas, quiet street, and with a terrific host. Maldon is a charming small town and well-located to see the goldfields area. Only downside is there are only a couple of places in the town proper to dine out (Castlemaine is close). But a great place with all creature comforts.”

“Millie (my dog) and I thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay in beautiful Dunolly… although we may have gained weight visiting the fantastic Dunolly bakery. The cottage was much more spacious than I expected with a beautiful dining area and spacious lounge. The bath was amazing but did take some time to reach an adequate level but having a wine in the front veranda helped pass the time. “My brother and I got my parents the Easter long weekend up here for their Christmas present and they just came home raving about how amazing it was. The room was well stocked, the staff were lovely, the views were beautiful (my dad described being able to see the moon rise as the sun set because they could see all the way to the horizon). My parents are very well travelled people, but my mum sent me a text telling me it was possibly the best place they’ve ever stayed. Thank you to the lovey team...
