“This was a perfect location for our stay. The bedroom layout is great for two couples, or two singles. The bedrooms are at separate ends of house and each has its own full bath. “This off grid place was amazing, the ability to have a fire on the beach in the evening was spectacular. The photos matched the property as did the description. Given that it was cooler due to winter time having hot water would have made it perfect but the tenants were very clear that it wasn’t available. Honestly the people in the neighboring town were not very friendly and that was disappointing. The only significant recommendation we have for the place is to clean up the trash for appearance...

“We had a great time at Beside the Point. It is a cottage not real big but big enough for us. They had everything we needed at the cottage. We dined in quick a lot and everything worked well. The view is amazing and I would have to say the private beach was the best. We love to kayak but could not go as far as we would have liked because one of the kayaks had holes. But going out kayaking was very enjoyable. We saw a ton of ocean life. Thank you for your cottage on our 40th Anniversary. ”

The beach would’ve been nice, but it was windy every day and the waves were way too high for the children to play in the water so we had to go to another beach every day in order to get in the water. “The pictures don’t do this beautiful house justice. Incredible 180 degree Atlantic view from the spacious main room and deck. House has a great floorplan with a large shared living/kitchen/dining space and two bedrooms on either end. Place was spotless, and all the screens worked for bug protection - a rarity on Eleuthera. Good snorkeling on the reef out front and to the left of the house. Would absolutely stay here again. ”
