A estrenar en el 2016! Esta totalmente amueblado de 3 dormitorios, 2. 5 baños apartamento en el corazón del centro histórico de Cuenca, situada convenientemente en la Calle Larga sólo 4 cuadras del Parque Calderón y nuevas y viejas catedrales. Estamos a sólo 100 pies desde el Río Tomebamba.

Hay amplias vistas del Parque Nacional El Cajas, las montañas y vistas al río. Se puede mentir en su dormitorio por la noche, escuchar el río, mirar las luces de Cuenca y de la iglesia de Turi. Mirar hacia arriba y ver las estrellas a través de las claraboyas individuales.

El dormitorio principal tiene un pie en / caminar a través de armario para la ducha con un azulejo personalizado. El dormitorio principal cuenta con un balcón privado con un jardín terraza, hermosas vistas de la ciudad y el Parque Nacional El Cajas.

Las dos habitaciones comparten un bonito baño con ducha. Un dormitorio se dobla como una oficina con una cómoda desplegable cama plegable con un colchón de espuma de memoria. El apartamento tiene capacidad para 6 - 2 camas tamaño queen y una cama doble.

La cocina cuenta con nevera de tamaño completo, estufa de gas de alta resistencia, horno a gas, microondas y tostadora Cuisinart de mayor audiencia durante y licuadora Ninja. Todos los platos, cubiertos, cuchillos, cuencos, platos y todo lo necesario para cocinar los productos frescos comprados en el Mercado 10 de Agosto o Tia Mercado, a pocos pasos por la calle.

Tapas de granito, fregadero de acero inoxidable y electrodomésticos. Radio para mantenerlo entretenido mientras se lava los platos con una ventana que da al jardín de orquídeas.

comedor incluye una tabla con los lugares para 6 diseñados y construidos por el mayor fabricante de muebles de Cuenca, Luriq. Built-in banqueta para comidas informales y Nilson Rea diseñado con ruedas, granito remató la isla de preparación.

Dejando lo mejor para el final: balcones con vistas al Río Tomebamba se encuentran en cada piso. El piso inferior para cuando llueve y la parte superior del vidrio nocturno privado de vino chileno y chocolates ecuatorianos. El combo de lavadora-secadora se encuentra al lado del balcón MBR. Ambos incluyen balcones preciosa de acero inoxidable, los plantadores hechos a medida. La planta baja de hierbas y la planta superior con 3 árboles pequeños para el cribado de la vista desde el piso adyacente.

Historic Downtown location
We enjoyed our stay at this location. Close to restaurants, shopping, and markets. In the center of the activity of this city but yet quiet once you enter the gate.

Cannot state how much we LOVED this place! If you are considering visiting Cuenca highly recommend this townhouse. It's in a great location, in an absolutely beautiful building and has such a stunning view from both balconies. The office manager, Cecilia, was wonderful and lovely. Without too much detail, our original 13 hour plane trip ended up in a 2 day scenario due to 1 leg of our journey being delayed. Which is to say when we finally got into Cuenca we were exhausted. Cecilia loaded the townhome up with fruit, eggs, bread, beer, wine -- everything we needed to not have to go out that evening. Wonderful. The place is fully equipped, nice washer/dryer, and we loved the biodegradable products (shamppo, conditioner, body soap, laundry products, dish/hand soap). Absolutely one of the best accomodations we've had.

Great place in a great location!!
The title says it all. Up on the cliff between the lower south side which is newer, wider streets and sidewalks and the historic district. Three blocks to the Central Park, a block to an incredible fresh food market. Close to pretty much everything. This was the third time we rented this apartment and we’ve already booked it for next winter.

Roomy modern condo with a convenient location
We had a wonderful stay for a month in Cuenca. The property manager, Cecelia, was very helpful, providing beautiful flowers, delicious chocolates, some refrigerator items, and a notebook with restaurant recommendations and reviews. This condo is in a prime location, within walking distance to so many restaurants, museums, and the historic town square. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and the beds were comfortable. From the master bedroom, we had a terrific view of the city and mountains. It was great to have enough space to entertain guests who came for a short visit.

The condo is modern, well- equipped, and located in a perfect spot to walk to Museums, the old town of Cuenca, shopping and too many great restaurants to count. Cecilia, the property manager, is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. We have already booked another stay for 2024.

Spectacular Property, Conveniently Located
Secure property with multiple beautiful courtyards and access to Tomebomba river walking path. Very close to restaurants of all levels and Parque Calderon. Can't say enough about property manager, Cecilia. Very charming and helpful.

This is our 3rd stay at this wonderful condo. It is a great location, four blocks from main square plus it looks out over the river. It is a spot of tranquility with a very bustling city right outside the complex's entry door. It's comfortable, everything works. The building manager is very responsive to questions. Good info package. We've already booked for next year.

Living in Cuenca
Location, location, location. The condo is just as advertised and is located in the historic section of Cuenca so we walked everywhere. The view from the master bedroom is spectacular, especially for the New Year Eve fireworks. Perfect home away in Cuenca
We loved staying here for the few weeks we were in Cuenca. It felt like home away from home. Perfect location to historic district but also a quick walk to the other side of the river with other supermarkets and restaurants. We can’t say enough good things about this place!

An Oasis in Cuenca!
This apartment kicks butt! Beautifully furnished, sparkling clean, killer views. The attention to detail is what sets this place apart from any others I've rented. Terry, the host, was a pleasure to deal with and the on-site manager, Cecilia, greeted us with gifts: Ecuadorian coffee, fresh-baked bread, a dozen eggs and speciality chocolates to die for. AND two dozen red roses and gladiolas, too. Plus she was always available to answer our questions and offer suggestions about the area. Cecilia, you rock! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll want for cooking and entertaining. I especially appreciated the basics being supplied to get us started: paper products, dish soap, laundry detergent, olive oil, spices, and butter. There's even a lemon tree and little herb garden on the patio where a playful green hummingbird comes around every day. (I've named him Basil) :-) The king -size bed is super comfortable, the linens good quality, and the towels plush. The showers always had plenty of hot water and good pressure. Weekly cleaning service was provided, too. Oh, did I mention the awesome views from the living room and master bedroom? Well, you'll see! Just a block away is a huge mercado where we bought our fresh veggies and fruits and the Super Maxi Market is just a short taxi ride away. Very convenient. The Parque Calderon is an easy walk from the front door with plenty of restaurants and stores in between. We always felt safe in this neighborhood both day and night. Behind the apartment are steps leading down to the paved walking path along the Rio Tomebamba. A very pleasant walk with restaurants and museums lining the way. No place is ever perfect, but this one comes pretty darn close. In fact, I can't really think of a thing to improve upon. Grab this place if you can. Cuenca is a lovely city. Enjoy your stay!

Great spot for long term exchanges in Cuenca
We enjoyed our stay immensely. Cuenca is a great city with lots of things to do. We were warmly welcomed by the property manager when we arrived. The condo is excellent with beautiful views of the Rio Tomebamba and southern Cuenca. Nice people in the complex too. We hope to stay again in the coming years.

We have had the good fortune to rent this apartment twice. Perfectly located in old Cuenca and on the river, we have enjoyed the beautiful architecture, landscaping, views and great service.

Great vacation Rental in Cuenca
If you are looking for a vacation rental in Cuenca, and this property is available do not hesitate and book it. Great location very secure, quiet the only noise you will hear is the sound of the river flowing down. Close to supermarket, the open market, Parque Calderon, many restaurants, etc. Cecilia the property manager is very quick in responding to any issues if they arise. We truly enjoyed our stay at this apartment.

Cuenca Stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Riverfront condo. The condo was well appointed with nearly everything we needed for our month in Cuenca. With the exception of a dishwasher, the condo had all needed appliances, and all fairly modern and in good working condition. Baking dishes and serving dishes, pots and pans, plates, glasses, silverware, coffee pots, toasters, etc. were all there. The furniture and bedding were very comfortable and much appreciated after a long day of walking the city. The location of the condo is hard to beat. Located on the Tomebamba River, the view of the river and "new town", were nice. Access out the front of the building to Calle Larga, one of the main streets of 'Old Town" made walking easy to any location we needed, wanted to do or to see. The riverwalk out the back of the condo was a great place to stroll and to find places to eat or drink. Cabs were easily available if needed, and cheap. The manager, Cecilia, was wonderful. She greeted us when we arrived and showed us the condo. She provided us with a very helpful owners book full of recommendations. She was always available by email to answer any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity to visit Cuenca again. We will happily recommend the condo to any friends who wish help in planning a trip to Cuenca.
