Clean and comfortable!
Our stay was very pleasant. Enjoyed the pool and paddle board courts. The unit was clean and comfortable. Jessica was super easy to reach and extremely responsive.

Cozy and Relaxing
A great home base for a wonderful stay in the Keys. The home was as advertised, clean, cozy and had everything we needed for our four day stay. Our host was very accommodating and had some great suggestions. Would absolutely recommend!

Perfect for a couple!
We were very happy with our stay at this property! It was perfect for a couple! A lot of the properties I looked at were two bedrooms and much more expensive. I was happy to find this one. The gated community was awesome and friendly. The communication with the manager was prompt and helpful. I read some of the reviews complaining about all the "rules". We had ZERO problems with all the rules in the Venture Out Community. It was so quiet and everyone was friendly. We will definitely come back and stay at this property again. Thank you for such a great time at the Keys!

Relaxing Fun in the Sun
The house was clean and cozy when we arrived. The bed was so comfortable that we noted the manufacturer before leaving. The washer and dryer in the house were very convenient. The property manager responded quickly to our two requests upon arrival. The community pickle ball group was very welcoming and fun. We enjoyed the community pool and the central location in the lower keys.

It's a very nice place to stay, so quiet. If you want to get away this is a good place to choose, if you want to rest is the ideal place, if you want party, it's just 20 minutes away from key west, if you want sun, there are several beaches so close (Veteran's beach it was the best one follow by smathers).

Beautifully kept home
The home was very clean and beautifully decorated with all essentials one would need. We had coffee on the patio every morning. It was very quiet/peaceful with a beautiful view. The amenities in the complex were great! The pool area was wonderful and we met some very nice people. Jessica was quick to respond with all of our questions and very accommodating.

Jessica, the host, was amazing. She met us when we arrived, showed us how to work the "smart" tv and made sure we had necessary items in the home. We saw her several times during our stay, she was always smiling & friendly and asked if everything was ok.

Lovely rental and location
My husband and I stayed here for our annual anniversary trip and loved the location and the rental. Jessica, the property manager, was friendly and helpful with any questions we had and suggestions for excursions and dining. The rental was perfect for us, very comfortable and decorated well. We could sit on the porch and have coffee while we looked out at the ocean. The pool in the complex was fantastic. You can look at boats passing by while you swim. The neighborhood was safe and everyone was friendly. We had a great experience and highly recommend!

Great stay
This was a wonderful experience! Gated community 24 hr security, great amenities, provided all that we needed and the manager was very responsive to everything we asked or needed done her best to accommodate everything we asked. Location is wonderful for fishing, touring, snorkeling, diving or whatever experience your looking for down there right by kemp channel bridge so close to key west. We absolutely loved it! Would highly recommend!

Great Stay
This unit is perfect! Extremely clean, spacious, and cozy. It’s in the perfect area and feels very safe. The host is great, always ensured we were having a good stay and responds quickly. Will definitely be staying at this unit again in the future!!!
