Frente al río Chassahowitzka / Homossassa con dos kayaks

Propiedad frente al agua completamente remodelada con hermosos muebles. A poca distancia de los campamentos de Chassahowitzka, tienda de cebos y bar / restaurante. Pescar en el muelle privado. Gran patio, estacionamiento cubierto, sala de lanai adicional. Dos kayaks de pesca disponibles para usar A SU PROPIO RIESGO. PROPIETARIO NO TIENE RESPONSABILIDAD SI SE UTILIZA.
Excelente ubicación en un entorno campestre con muelle privado. El canal conduce al río Chassahowitzka, y 7 Sisters Springs está cerca. Ubicado a pocos minutos de Dollar General, supermercado, gas, Walmart y Chassahowitka Campground. Nuestra casa está situada en una tranquila calle sin salida. Dormitorio principal muy grande con cama Queen, segundo dormitorio con cama doble y sofá cama Ethan Allen en la sala de estar. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todo lo que necesita. Muy bonitos muebles.
Wi-Fi rápido, 65 'Televisión en la sala de estar y 32' en el Master. Ambos están conectados a Cable con películas gratis. El teléfono está conectado para llamadas locales.
Tenemos dos estacionamientos cubiertos para dos vehículos: mucho espacio para guardar su bote.
Si trae un bote, que no sea una canoa o un kayak o cualquier cosa que no pueda transportar, deberá ponerlo en el lanzamiento del bote y traerlo de vuelta a la casa; Tendrá que ser capaz de ir a través de la alcantarilla. El agua es poco profunda, especialmente en la marea baja. Los pontones que no son barcos de cubierta generalmente caben.

River retreat
Beautiful ! conveniently located to restaurants and convenient stores . It’s right on the river very relaxing. It was nice . The weather was back and forth some sunshine and rain so we stayed inside most of the stay the games provided was awesome! Thank you for the hospitality!

It's a waterfront! Bonus - it's cute and very clean.
Our air was out at home, so we found this place about 15 minutes from our house. The air conditioner did not disappoint; the rest of the place was just as good. It's very clean, cute, and has everything you should need already there, except the chef. Lol. We couldn't get the TV/cable to come on and the hosts called us immediately to help solve the problem. Nothing was wrong with either, the last guest just plugged it back up wrong after connecting one of their devices. I'd stay again without a doubt. You can fish right from the backyard! Thank you for being great hosts!

Nice home, very comfortable in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Marni is responsive and caring, there were a couple little things that she took care of immediately, couldn't ask for more. We enjoyed our month in Homosassa immensely. We got some tips on local places to eat from a friend of Marni's & they were very good. If staying in the area, don't miss Kim's, Art's Diner & Two Guys From Italy... great food from locals. Many thanks for everything!

Loved the Wildlife
Had a wonderful stay, property was as described. Had a small issue with Wi-Fi when we arrived was addressed and fixed ASAP. A small alligator hung out across the way most days, a beautiful hawk came 3 days in a row landed within 10 feet from us and the best was when we went kayaking was able to see two momma manatees and their babies. Definitely would stay again.

Relaxing Getaway for a girl's weekend
My girlfriend and I arrived a day late due to a bad storm. We didn't want to chance traveling in bad weather but arrived on Sat which was sunny and cool. The home was perfect for just the 2 of us with every imaginable kitchen appliance and utensil you could possibly need.. It was comfortable and very clean and the yard and dock area were well maintained .A great quiet neighborhood to walk my dog was a bonus. We enjoyed exploring the area too which offered so many interesting activities especially on the river...All in all a very relaxing and enjoyable getaway ! The weather was awesome and the friendly next door neighbor helped with directions .. Thank you Marni !

No coffee
It was a very clean and comfortable place. It was a surprise that they did not have coffee specially in such a remote place. They have stub that is very small and no way to shower other than the faucet. The shower was also very small and short in a cute way. Thor than that it was very nice.

Wry nice!
I really enjoyed the quite and the accommodation’s. The high speed internet was perfect because I was working and not on vacation. It never failed me. It had everything I needed. I would stay here again but since most of my clients were about an hour away or more, next year I will have to choose a different location. My Dad loved going down to the launch every day to get free coffee and watch for the manatees. Very nice place. Sonia

Sparkling clean!
Even with a couple of rainy days, we enjoyed our time here. The interior was immaculately clean, up dated and had everything we could have needed. Owners were responsive when we had a minor problem with the grill. It was interesting to look out at the canal, saw lots of turtles, some fish, and even a small alligator! We just gave him his space, and he gave us ours. There can be gators everywhere in Florida. We kayaked from a launch just around the corner, and at Three Sisters Springs, which was gorgeous and we had it all to ourselves! All in all, a nice, pet friendly place!
