Well, where should I start? I read all the reviews and was very hesitant, but gave in, thinking it’s for one night a very short night. I was in town for one day and this was the location of the event, which I knew would go into the wee hours of the morning. I came prepared with my own sheets pillowcases and towel. My early check in was accommodated ( the only good) The bathroom faucet seemed overlooked as there was toothpaste spatter all over it and in the sink, the small refrigerator and tabletop stove were completely rusted and the smell in the room was musty to the point where I started sneezing consistently, not good since I had a wedding to attend in a few hours. I won’t even go into the bed and the bathroom/ towels cause it would be a few paragraphs.Right away I called a friend at another hotel and reserved a room for that night after the event. Didn’t even waste my time to argue with the young lady at “check in desk” she seemed to not know much about anything, couldn’t even find my reservation for a good 5mins. After the reception we searched for someone, anyone to give the key to no avail. We ended up leaving the key with the groom’s mother knowing she would get it to them since my flight out was early the next day and I was heading to my other hotel room. I will never recommend or visit this place again Ever!

I booked this property only because I was attending a wedding there...which was awesome by the way. They should stick to weddings. Their accommodation and customer service left much to be desired. I ended up booking another hotel the very same night after a snake almost attacked me on my way to the car!

Nice view, run down hotel, horrible staff
The hotel is run down and in desperate need of repair. But the view the great. Very nice private beach, the pool is tiny but cute. The rooms are comfortable, fairly large. BUT the staff is RUDE and impatience and impolite. We had to literally BEG for an extra towel. And even though there was a kitchenette in our room there were no glasses when I asked about it I was just told "we doh have none" Added to that the Wi-Fi didn't work.

It was an impromptu trip just spent a day and a night... staff was polite and courteous, very accomodating. I will certainly return.

Okay hotel for a single night.
The hotel is about 10 mins drive from the airport but it is off the highway in the industrial park. The roadway entrance to the facility is poorly lit and poses a risk at night. The sea nearby is a bay and not a beach so it's not suited for bathing. To get here it would be wise to have your own transport.

Run-Down Hideaway, with Good Potential
This hotel is 'off the beaten tracks'; not in walking distance to any amenities. The entrance and general grounds are run-down. There is no security. The online pictures of the rooms and buildings are misleading as they also are in need of general upgrade; the bedding and towels are very worn/used; curtains are barely hanging off the rods. On the plus side, the housekeeping staff (which was just one person) is very friendly. The appliances are in good working order and the bathroom was very clean. The hotel is nestled on very large grounds with a beach. There is a pool which sits on stilts and needs to be properly maintained (water was murky). We were booked for 2 nights; but left after the first.

Nice hotel close to beach!
Pros: clean, decent bathroom, comfy beds, has all you need in room, friendly staff, scenic beach throw stone away as well as cozy pool and secluded location. Cons: It's secluded and there's no hotel transport from there to main road which is about 1 - 2 miles away. No security at for such a dismal location at night, staff isn't always available at front desk. Other than that, it's great value for the money and would stay there again.

O hotel realmente está em frente ao mar, com um gramado bem legal, uma piscina pequena, e os quartos são grandes, porém com móveis já deteriorados. O hotel não tem restaurante. E fica distante do comércio local. Chegamos com crianças pequenas e tivemos que nos locomover de taxi para comprarmos água. Minha estadia foi por um período pequeno, chegamos depois do almoço e saímos logo de madrugada, por isso não me incomodou tanto.

Great Stay
Generally a quiet and peaceful stay. Hotel has a very shallow bay with crystal clear waters which is perfect. Quality of service is good and very friendly. There wasn't any noted night time service on the site but I believe if you call they can return to the office. The location is a bit far from main populated areas eg. Store Bay and the walk to the nearest Plaza is roughly 15 minutes. Hotel Amenities room service was good but note that room service comes every other day. Really good place to stay for couples.

Good budget hotel
Facilities were a bit run down and could do with an upgrade. Had to change room due to ac problem. Staff was very helpful. Coral beach not good for swimming needed water shoes. Pool and grounds clean and comfortable to use. Bumpy road to drive into should be upgraded good value if u want relatively clean, quiet, no frills accommodations.

A jewel in the rough
I would like to say that I feel some reviews kinda talk down about this resort. First thing is that the ladies that I came in contact with were very polite and very helpful. The day that we checked out I was ill from the night before and still not feeling all that well. They allowed us to stay later and insisted that I get some rest. The resort is on the smaller size but it works. If you are looking for a nice quiet place then this is the place to go. It is kinda a older resort. We stayed in the apartment type of room. We had 2 separate bedrooms. A living room, a dining table, a full kitchen with everything you would need to cook with. A patio looking out to the sea. Like I said it is a little bit older but it is still a very nice room. Air conditioned, direct tv, and there is wifi but there was a issue with the router. I actually walked in at the reception area while she was ordering a new wifi. What a gem I have found. I will go back again.

There is no daily cleaning of the rooms. The pool was filthy. The receptionist was rude and behaved like she was doing us a favour. The hotel is secluded and has no security. I felt very scared especially at night.

My stay in paradise on a budget
My stay at this hotel was wonderful. If you need peace and quiet and just want to rest away from the world, this is a place for you. The room was clean and tidy, just needed a little maintenance. The Air conditioner, tv and wifi worked perfectly. The staff was very helpful and never once deined us any requests. The grounds were kept clean. Maybe about 2 lights on the grounds might make a bit of differrence for using the pool and the beach at night time. The road to enter the property needs paving (too many potholes)Overall my family and I had a wonderful stay, and would return again in the future. If you're on a budget, it is agreat place to stay in paradise (Beautiful Tobago)

I went to relax and destress and that I I was able to do there its a very peaceful and quiet and the view is excellent!!! I love it and will definitely go back.
