“The property is very spacious and well maintained. We rented the main level, which has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was great. The kitchen is huge. The views from the deck are really nice too. For part of the stay we rented a small upstairs apartment for our friends. It was so nice. The owner is very pleasant too. Overall it was an excellent stay and we would definitely stay there again.”

“We were visiting relatives close by and this was a perfect location. Quiet neighborhood and easy access to major roads. Very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. Nice having washer/dryer. Detailed instructions were sent for arrival and departure procedures. Occasional noises and cooking odors from upstairs guests but that was to be expected.. we will be visiting this place again.”

“I'll begin with the positive - the interior of the property was clean except for carpet stains. The drain in the tub was nearly totally clogged - had to use a plunger each time a shower was taken. Also, we tried to start the washing machine and dishwasher as requested, but there was no soap for either. The garbage from previous tenants was left outside the entrance door. There were several bags which had been rilpped open and the garbage and trash were spread around the entrance - the smell...

“We had another perfect stay at the tiny homes at River’s Edge. The location is perfect and boat launch was easy with my 27’ tri-toon. The houses are immaculate and have everything you need.
