Not exclusive or boutique hotel feeling. 9th floor room has the main restaurant above it, dragging noises wake you up daily and afternoon. Unnaceptable. Air conditioning does not get as cold as the hall outside the room, also inaceptable for the rating the hotel (Resort) has. "
