Great stay / Close to town
Very clean. Beds were comfy. Close to town. Very quiet. Internet was fast. Really is a great property and walkable to town which made it ideal. I'd stay here again any time I'm lucky enough to get back to Crested Butte.

Wonderful condo in the middle of Crested Butte!
This was our first time in Crested Butte and this condo was in the heart of everything. We loved that it was on the 1st floor and easy to load and unload gear into the car. One surprise was there is no AC which is common for the area( didn’t know) and we would open the windows but there is no screens so this allows some moths inside. Not a huge deal. Owners/property managers were so communicative and answered questions immediately. Will stay here again next visit. If you have the opportunity to go horseback riding check out Fantasy Ranch just up the hill. We went for 1.5 hours and it was a beautiful ride. They take great care of the horses and take pride it making sure riders are safe and comfortable.

Great location and Property
We had a wonderful week staying here. Check in was easy, good parking, house well equipped and very comfortable. The location to town and grocery market are very close. Lots of great homes and good fishing in the area! Would definitely stay here again!

Handy enough, but reservation process is overbearing
Overall: - Location was good. - Place was cosy for 2 people. Directions - We arrived after dark. Would have been helpful if the manual directions included specifics like which side of the street the property was on, or how far down the block. Keys - Handy enough, but would prefer keypad entry as keys are easy to lose. Kitchen - No slotted spoon - No medium sized pot - No non-stick frying pan - Pans were dirty Living room - Wanted to stream soccer match. No TV control to be able to change HDMI input. Reservation process - Additional contract signing: Not a fan, there should be no need from an additional contract. This should be integrated into the existing VRBO buy flow. - Deposit Collection: I get the need for a deposit, but claiming it in advance of arrival and hanging onto it for weeks post checkout isn’t what one would consider hospitable. - Watchdog: Sounds like a security company. Doesn’t sound very welcoming for a property management company in what’s marketed as a tourism spot with a friendly quirky vibe.

Great property, very clean and a perfect location. The unit is on the first floor and depending on who is in the unit above it can be somewhat loud. This is obviously outside the control of property manager but can be a slight drawback.

The house suited my wife and our eight month old well. Overall, it was a great experience. Everything was as advertised, property management was responsive for a couple issues/questions we had. Location could not have been better being a short walk to restaurants in town as well as the school/park area. Parking is tight but manageable, our upstairs neighbor was kind, but was a little loud at times.

Nice stay in CB
Nice 2BR unit very close to downtown. Very convenient and we could walk everywhere. My only complaint is how thin the ceiling was to the unit above. Every time the person upstairs took a step you could hear it. Minor annoyance but FYI for those considering a stay. Gorgeous town. Will come back.

My family of 4 had a great time in Crested Butte and really enjoyed staying at the Redbud condo. It had everything we needed and the location was perfect. Couldn’t ask for anything more for a family vacation!

Great location - 1 block from ski bus and 2 blocks from Elk street for all your apres ski enjoyment. Modern, comfortable and and ultra convenient. Upstairs neighbors are a bit noisy.

Great location
Overall a really great experience and literally about two short blocks to great food coffee and drinks. Place was clean and as described. The radiant floor heat worked great, but was challenging to find what temp was right for the space. A digital thermostat may help guests kn the future. There is someone that lives above the space, and one day she decided to “practice dancing” by stomping on the floor over and over off and on for about an hour (during the afternoon). The management company was quick to respond to this issue and were ready to address her but she stopped after I went up and confronted her. All in all a good experience other than that.

Dream trip to Crested Butte
The property is in great condition. It was clean upon arrival and had all the stated amenities. The kitchen was also well equipped for cooking. Wifi connection was stable and fast allowing me to take video calls. The location is as stated and the free bus to/from Mt. Crested Butte is steps outside the door. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. The only thing I'd advise is that the TV is a little wonky (its a roku tv but you don't have permission to add other apps) so if I came again I'd bring my own streaming device (roku or chromecast). There is so much to do though that I really didn't watch TV so didn't matter to me.

Awesome Location!
My family of four had a great time staying at this condo for our hoilday ski trip. The location is prime. Easy walk to get to bus stop, grocery store and to restaurants and retail shops. The beds are super comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Thanks for a great stay

Overall things were great. One negative was the TV. You need to provide some information or directions on what systems you have available and how to use them. Your property descriptions said "TV" and so I assumed as much but was disappointed with what i found.

Good location and ideal for dogs
We enjoyed our stay. It is ideal for dogs. We had a slight miscommunication regarding bringing our dogs but we worked it out. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property.
