“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rui’s apartment. Although small the apartment is in an excellent position, it backs on to the Botanic Gardens, is very quiet and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Rui was excellent in his communications and answered any questions we had quickly. We will definitely stay again when next in Darwin, and have no hesitation in recommending the apartment to anyone thinking of staying in the area. Thanks Rui for a great stay.”

“Stayed for 4 days on two occasions and both times I was not disappointed. Communication with the owner was excellent with all arrangements being clearly explained. Aside from the apartment being spotlessly clean, the bed really comfortable and having all the amenities you need, the location was the standout. “This property is a BnB run by private renters. Studio room In need of some TLC and maintenance. Bathroom/laundry - no exhaust fan, sink plug does not work, shower base floods, lighting dim with some bulbs not working, door does not lock. Kitchen- sink plug does not seal therefore unable to wash up, need to use dishwasher however no dishwasher tablets initially provided - had to text owner to get some. Bed - only 3 pillows which were all flat ones. No access to room service. Location was good...
