“Ample parking, would like to know the Hotel's Emergency contingency plan. We got caught to the storm, the Hotel did not have power for 2 days. The Hotel did not have a Plan B. The customers had to fend for them selves, there was no information was shared for the hotel residents when there was a situation. I was with my 2 kids, it was quite challenging, when lifts were not working, we had to walk down 3 levels with bags, to get to our car to load the car to leave the premises. ”

“Whilst we enjoyed every moment in the pool and meeting new people, we knew that we'd only return for that reason. The restaurant is convenient but expensive for the quality and service. Every meal there was a mistake or something forgotten, it boiled down to lack of staff and it being busy. The staff tried their best, but appeared overwhelmed. The rooms are basic, clean and cold, as the temperature couldn't be adjusted. We still had a nice time and were left alone and that's always a plus. ”
