“This well stocked cottage never disappoints. Amazing views, comfortable beds, main bathroom with rain shower showerhead. The best stocked kitchen ever! Private stairs to the beach and close to shopping and my favorite restaurants. Our favorite time is sitting in the leather chairs with our morning coffee and savoring the view. ”

“Wow, this house has everything you need for a group stay! We were a group of adults, late 30’-mid 70’s and everyone agreed that the place was tops. The sunsets on a clear day, can not be beat! The house is very clean and location is prime. ”

“This was my 79th Birthday/New Years trip with my family of 8 (2 teenagers (15-19). As soon as we checked in, my youngest grandson gave me a hug and said, "Grandma, this place is awesome!" We all agreed! The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed, even a K-cup coffee maker! Most important for us was the easy beach access and the fantastic view but we all fell in love with the house itself! I am glad my tall sons have patience and a sense of humor for the small showers!...

“We really enjoyed this home - oceanfront, easily walkable to Nye Beach shopping and down to the beach. A quick drive to the additional bayfront restaurants. The home is older/historic but very comfortable.”

“This house could not be in a more beautiful setting. We were lucky that the weather for January in Oregon was mid-fifties and sunny which just added to the wonderful time we had. Richard was very responsive and easy to work with. The house is very well maintained and well appointed. We had a great time and really appreciate the property that Richard has. Thank you!”

“Beautiful home; even nicer than photos. Great views from both floors (including from the very well-stocked kitchen). It's a short walk from the house to beach access and the cute cafés in town. Spacious deck that we enjoyed even on our winter visit. The hot tub was nice; the gazebo over the tub does a great job of protecting from wind/weather and is open on two sides (one with view of ocean); consider spraying the immovable panel facing the ocean for a clearer view through the pane as well. “I absolutely loved the property! The views of the Pacific Ocean were stunning. I went to Depoe Bay to watch the King Tides and I wasn't disappointed. Property is within walking distance to shops and great food. It was very clean and i felt very comfortable. The only downside, for me, was that there wasnt an easily accessible area to walk dogs. There are two green spaces next to the property but theyre pretty steep to get down to.Otherwise, i would definitely recommend!”
