“Agustín, la persona que se encarga de la propiedad es FENOMENAL... si no fuera por él, nos hubiéramos ido a otro alojamiento. El acceso es muy complicado... sin un 4x4 arriesgas a dañar el coche. La casa es muy deficiente... es más una choza que una casa. está arriba de una colina, detrás de la carretera, or lo que el acceso a pié a la playa es poco cómodo. La calida de la choza es mínima... limpia, gracias a Agustín, pero la calidad es infima. En fin, porqu eno había nada másdisponible, si no...

“I booked a seven-bedroom and only got a four-bedroom; the staff and the VRRO host took over half our trip to get things corrected, so I only got suitable accommodations for two nights of my five-night stay. Then, for the days I had to stay in the four, i never got reimbursed for thier mix up so two of the guest had to sleep in uncomfortable situation. They refused to give me a refund of the difference in price for the 4 verus the 7.”

“Accommodation consists of individual rooms to let in the host's own house and you share (part of) the kitchen and other shared areas including swimming pool, indoor and outdoor dining areas etc. She is lovely and sociable although doesn't speak much English (apparently her partner who does speak English normally lives there but wasn't there when we visited). It's not really walkable from town or any other facilities, so unless you intend to spend your time relaxing on-site, it would suit...

“I loved it. Very private - beach - house was comfortable and had everything you need. If you are looking to decompress and relax - away from the touristy places - this place is it. Just beautiful and so easy - walking on the beach and swimming could not be better and usually all by yourself. I did find I needed a car as it is remote and there is not much close by but you can use the busses (I did for 2 weeks) which are very good if you prefer. Local restaurants are fantastic - so good - not...

“Nitin is a great host. Missed connecting flight to puerta plata, Nitin not only helped my group find a connecting flight to Santiago, but also ensured we had transportation to the villa from the airport. The villa is as advertised and more. Villa was clean and short distance walk to beach and other entertainment. The neighborhood is safe with 24 hour security.During our stay Nitin stayed in contact and made sure everything was ok. Would definitely suggest this villa if traveling.”
