“The beds in the rooms we were assigned were plagued with bed bugs and smelled horrible - clearly the cleaninless standard is very poor. But the most disgusting thing was the attitude of the staff reacting to our complaint as "what is the big deal". We were reassigned to other room after inspecting ourselves several others, same result - beds were plagued with bed bugs. “We had a warm welcome by the staff upon arrival and they spoke very good English. The food that we had in the in house restaurant was brilliant with loads of options and even recommendation. We received free little appetisers during our meal from the chef.
