“We had a lovely stay the house was clean and had plenty of appliances. The beds were very comfortable. The only suggestion is more toilet paper and paper towels. We will definitely stay again. Cape Charles is a lovely place we use to live there years ago.”

“I loved the property and location except for the music from the restaurant that didn’t stop until after 11:00. The second floor room had hot air coming from the back of what looked like an in room air conditioner. I think the air was supposed to go outside through a vent…. So hot one of us had to sleep on sofa…. Also might co spider taking out small white bar and putting in a round table for eating and cards…sunsets were beautiful and we would co spider coming back. Oh also the golf cart might...

“The house is very nice. Kids said twin beds were fine. Master and downstairs beds very comfortable. Love that each bedroom has is own bathroom! Small kitchen but efficient enough though no garbage disposal. Overall our family had lots of fun and even times of relaxation ”

“Great location convenient to restaurants and Assateague. The view from the porch is beautiful and the deck furniture is really nice. The appliances are ok. The kitchen drawers and cabinets need to be thoroughly scrubbed and organized. Allot of the things in the drawers needs to be discarded. The Master bed is ok. The other beds are very uncomfortable and could benefit from quality mattress toppers. Sheets and towels were clean.”

“We booked this at the very last minute so we could clean out our father’s home (he passed the week before). It was perfect for our needs. One caution…the grass has tiny little burrs that stick to socks and flip flops. Nothing to do about them but if you have a dog, check their paws. We were even able to add an additional night easily when the clean out took longer than we expected. I would recommend!”
