“The pros: This property has a luxury feel. The renovation was well done. The finishes and furniture are high-end. It was CLEAN! The location was great, right on the edge of downtown. The cons: Turning on the shower was difficult even for my husband who is extremely handy. Stepping up into a wet clawfoot tub is not ideal for every guest. There was only a towel bar for 2 towels, so I'd say it needs a couple hooks added in the bathroom or bedrooms. Lastly, the apartment had been sprayed heavily...

“This house was perfect for my group of 6 college friends. We hadn't gotten together in over 10 years and wanted to relax and catch up. The furniture and bedding were extremely comfortable, the kitchen had everything we could possibly need and more! Very spacious home with off-street parking for 6 cars. We loved it here!!! ”

“It's a cute little apartment. The beds were comfy. The parking situation is a bit odd because the people that live in the house have many vehicles but they really made sure to move their cars around to accommodate ours. Communication was a little lacking, I had to specifically ask for check in/house access instructions and then I got no response to my questions about checking out and where they wanted used towels, etc but overall it was a great spot for sleeping/resting and I would stay again. ”

“Because i have lived in Mystic, i knew exactly where this property was and it checked all my boxes. The location is so close to all things downtown Mystic has to offer. You can park your car and walk everywhere. Parking in Mystic has always been a problem, however now there is a huge parking lot at the end of Cottrel Street.”

“We enjoyed our long weekend stay at the Count House. Its location was perfect ... easy beach access, close to the highway, etc. Everything we needed was supplied for us to enjoy the beach, cook our meals, or play games. There was only one full-size kayak with paddle and the paddle board paddle was broken (but we used it by kneeling on the board!). We would definitely return.”
