“Wonderful quiet area and beautiful scenery. Great view of the ocean plus a really short walk to the beach. Cute beach cottage. My son and his family stayed as we overflowed this year. Kellie was very accommodating and allows dogs which is great! She gets back to you quickly with any concerns or questions. It was a really great location and stay. Had just the right amount of room for my son and his family . Thx Kellie for being a great host! Back in Minnesota now oddly warm but no ocean. ”

“This little house was perfect for a relaxing fall weekend. The owners responded quickly to all communication, and the location is great-just a few steps from the river with a spacious front porch and convenient to Emerald Isle and Swansboro. We rented the kayaks and enjoyed an afternoon on the river. One thing to be aware of—the windows in the 2nd bedroom don’t close completely so one night when there was a north wind coming off the river it was a little chilly. Fortunately our teenager who...

“We had seven adults staying here. The house is centrally located and just minutes to food and groceries. The house was clean and well stocked. The owner was very easy to contact and responded immediately to any questions. We all loved the house and would stay again! ”

“The house was splendid for our family. We had five adults, a 12 year old, and a 7 year old. We had plenty of room, the mutual space was great. Two full bathrooms, nice kitchen, comfy living room. I would have liked more towels, toilet paper, etc. We only got one towel per person, and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. For a 5 day stay it would have been helpful to have more.
