Smoky Mountain Retreat
Located in a scenic area overlooking the mountains. We enjoyed relaxing in the cabin and gathering with family members. Lots of space to stretch out, well stocked kitchen and entertainment features. Overall we were happy with our stay!

Cabin is beautiful and spacious. Kitchen was stocked. Was not happy the propane was out so we had to get a tank since we grilled out multiple times.

Cons: WiFi was unusable Hot water was spotty Wash pressure kind of low Heard loud whispers around 3am Pros: Amazing view Great furniture Hot tub Games Everything we needed Besides hearing loud whispers that I can only describe as a ghost that both my wife and I heard that scared us enough to move the kids into our bed and do a full sweep of the house we really enjoyed our stay. Needles to say we got no sleep that night and were anxious about the next night which ended up being fine. The bottom floor has a garage feel so I would put any guests down there if you need to. The other two floors are very nice. If the cabin was more secluded that would have been better and we will likely never rent again because of that. It is more of a cabin neighborhood feel. Overall though no regrets and we all enjoyed our stay very much and made some great memories scary or not….lol

Foothills Paradise Retreat in Cosby, TN
Overall experience, mountain views, property, and location was great. Check-in and check- out was fast and easy. Contact with the host was prompt. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Driveway is a pretty steep incline. Might be difficult for a rear wheel drive vehicle. Would definitely stay again.

The house is beautiful and the views and BREATHTAKING! We woke up every morning to have coffee on the deck and it did not disappoint. The house is clean and has everything you need. We will definitely be back!

Amazing
An incredible place to kick back and unwind — the porches and views are incredible. The house has everything you need. There’s plenty to do in Gatlinburg and lots of hiking. Loved the experience. Anita is awesome.

Foothills Paradise was breathtaking!!!!
We thoroughly enjoyed how relaxing and absolutely beautiful the cabin was. The amenities were awesome!!! The owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Extremely clean!!! For the people that enjoy the drive from the city to the cabin you need to expect at least a 45 minute commute. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking!!!! We would highly recommend it to anyone!!!

The home and property was beautiful and well kept. It was clean and quiet with enough rooms/beds for our family of 5. The only complaint i have is that the cleaning crew missed some hairs in the showers, the comforters on the beds were not clean (stains and hairs found all over the inside of comforters so we just used the sheets) and there was no propain for the grill so we had to make last minute arrangements for our food prep, so it was unfortunate we couldn't use the grill and by the time we realized the tank was empty we had other plans coming up with not enough time to figure out where to get propain or ask prop manager. Everything else appeared to be clean and even the blinds were not dusty. The bed in the basement would not have been a good sleeping option, lots of bugs down there and its got a cold/damp feel due to the concrete floor, but the owners still did a pretty good job with the set up and thankfully we didn't need the extra bed. The hottub was very clean however, we saw fireflys rabbits and deer in the yard, and the kids enjoyed the ping-pong/pool-table and other activities at the home. The driveway is quite steep and could use to be paved but there was no rain or snow during our stay so we had no issues. The neighborhood is quiet and safe too, no scarry mountain roads to the cabin just 1 tight blind turn. Overall we all enjoyed our stay, the home was in a great location outside of the tourist district and we are very satisfied! Great spot!

Stunning View
This place was the cat's pajamas! It was easy to find. It was clean and had everything we needed from towels to cookware. The view was perfect. You could catch the sunrise and sunset. There is entry into the northeast part of the Smoky Mountains with a nature trail that was perfect for evening hikes(Cosby Nature Trail). There was a guidebook on the shelf in the cabin that was so helpful in planning hikes. The drive to Gatlinburg was longer than I liked but it was not bad at all. Well worth the solitude this cabin offered. Each level of the cabin offered a different vibe! I highly recommend staying here and hope to come back soon.

Outstanding Experience
Stunning views, beautiful cabin, and long-lasting memories. I cannot say enough about how exceptional this cabin is. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is spacious, and every area is updated. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. Anita was very prompt, courteous, and helpful. My family and I are extremely grateful for the experience and the cherished memories. I highly recommend this cabin! Thank you again Anita.

Million dollar view!
Absolute wonderful place to stay! The views alone are worth it! You will not be disappointed! Having 3 private bedrooms with their own bathrooms was exactly what we needed for the ultimate in comfort and privacy for everyone in our group! Everything was clean and the seeing the towels in the bathroom folded into swans was so neat! We loved the lower levels with all the fun games, pool table, ping pong table, checkers table, and private spaces for the kids! The jacuzzi tub overlooking the mountains was incredible and clean! The well appointed kitchen and huge walk in pantry was perfect for cooking our daily meals. It is stocked with everything you could possible need! The loft bedroom on the very top floor had the most incredible view! Wifi was great and worked well! Anita was so wonderful and let us know about the "snow" sleds to slide down the grassy hills in the backyard (backyard was HUGE!!!). How fun for us all to go sledding on 90 degree days! lol The kids, and adults, really loved that! There were so many different sitting areas and swings that you had you could see the beautiful mountain view from a different spot every day! We loved that they had a washer and dryer- even though we didn't need it. It was also very nice that you could change the A/C temp on different floors, to keep everyone happy- and it worked great on those hot days! There was a Dollar General VERY close and a Walmart not too far away for last minute needs, too. We would definitely recommend staying at this cabin and will definitely be back!

Awesome Spring Break Getaway!
Wow! What a nice place to stay. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood (I think we saw 1 other person the whole week). We were looking for a place that would serve as a base camp for hiking and enjoying the Great Smokey Mountains National Park. We knew we didn't want to be in the Gatlinburg area, a bit too busy for us. We were looking for a place where we could unwind and enjoy some family time together. And we found it! Plenty of space and yet a such a cozy feeling. We had lots of fun playing pool, ping pong, and foosball. And after a day of hiking, relaxing in the hot tub while watching the sun set. If you like the action of downtown Gatlinburg, this may not be your best choice. But if you like the quiet of a rural setting, then this the place for you! And if there is ever any issues, Anita is very attentive and prompt to assist!

Just the Two of Us
Beautiful location. Extreme comfort. The ONLY complaint is very low water pressure with the showers. Nice, quiet area and only minutes from the National Park. My boyfriend and I enjoyed staying here very much... 10am is so early to check out, lol.. sleepy time.

Great house!
This house is great for family get away. Everyone has their own space if they need it and the view is superb! Anita was wonderful and always available when we needed it. Highly recommend staying here! We will be back!
