Perfect for 3 generations to be kids again
It was amazing!!!!! The feneced in yard provided the peiece of mind for not only the 2 red heads under 4 but our deaf dalmation fur bay resuce and my husbands mobility dog to take a break from work and run and play. We needed the break from the world and enjoyed the lack of cell services lol. The house was spacious and well stocked. The beds were extremely comfortable and clean. The location is a great distance frim attractions if you are interested. The owners went out of their way to make sure that we had the best of the basic and comforts and everything was ready when we arrived. I cant wait to go back again for my birthday next year !!!!!

Perfecr place to slow down
This was the perfect space for us to get away as a family. It was close but far enough away from all of the fun things to do. I cant say I enjoyed driving through mountain dirt/backroads, but I would do it again for the peace and tranquility of the property. Cristina was a great and helpful host and i appreciated her directions and pics to get to the property. Everything we needed was available in the space, and our pup loved having space to run. All in all it was a win for our family.

Hidden Gem
Great house for a quick family meet up over the new year! The road does go down to dirt roads but the directions given take you there easily. Close to gatlinburg/pigeon forge for adventure days without paying the high price. Host sent us a message welcoming us and responded quickly to any questions. If we end up back in that area, we would book again!

We really enjoyed staying at this property! The property was just as pictured! It was very cozy and comfortable inside and the outside was very clean and welcoming. Communication was open and quick responses to any questions!

Great stay
We live in Florida and our family still lives in NW Indiana. We rented the house over Christmas weekend 2023 and we met our daughter and grandog along with our two grown grandsons who brought their girlfriends. The house was perfect for the stay. The house was clean and well furnished with what we needed. All we had to bring was food, etc. The property was totally fenced so the dog could be loose to potty. We were easily able to reach the very pleasant and accommodating owners when we had questions. The house is only about 15 minutes from the small town and a Walmart was close as well. It's only about 30 minutes to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay
The first thing we noticed was that the whole place smelled great! (It was dark when we arrived.) It matched the description and photos accurately. Beautiful surroundings! Some scary one lane roads with steep drop offs so recommend setting maps to go through Cosby to get to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Had a scary encounter that was almost a head on collision and the only way to get through was for one car to back down the curvy road! There were only a few down sides - one bedroom had nowhere to put your stuff - no table, dresser or even luggage stand. We had to bring up dining chairs just to keep from laying our glasses on the floor. The coffee pot was badly stained and looked like it needed a thorough bleaching and scrubbing so we were unable to make coffee but found some good coffee shops on our way out to places.

Peacefully perfect
Loved the privacy of the house and it was so so clean. The cleanist property ive stayed at by far and we come to the area 5-6 times a year. The host was easily accessible but we didnt have one single issue. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Getaway
Comfortable Country Home is just that. It is out in the country and very comfortable. Nice large house with everything you need for a short visit or a long stay. The host is great and very responsive to all your needs. The home is pet friendly and the yard is plenty big for your four legged friend to run and play. Although the house is in the country it is not to far to all the attractions of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We look forward to staying again.
