This lake house and property are beautiful. Top quality home and ALL furnishings. The game room is amazing. Also a good room for early birds to go too. Beds very comfortable. We enjoyed many hours by the firepit. A mostly fenced-in yard was perfect for the dogs. They loved the freedom to run and the access to the lake for swimming. Yard was well maintained and grassy, not just a lot of dirt like some. The swing was fun for the grandchild. Home is very clean. Pictures are accurate (although rooms actually feel larger than pictured). There is a lot of space and the layout is perfect. The host definitely cares about your experience and not just that you've rented the property. He reached out to let us know we could check in early if we wanted to as the property was ready for us. They have really thought of everything!! I 100% recommend this property and we will definitely return.

Perfect Lake Getaway!
Thank you Chad for sharing your beautiful lake house with us. The pictures don’t even do justice to just how beautiful and luxurious this property is. We found ourselves googling the pillows, silverware, all the things because we wanted them for our own houses! Our kids LOVED the game room, canoe and kayak and caught several fish off the dock. The check in/out process was so easy and Chad was very communicative. Overall, an amazing weekend with so many memories made at this beautiful property!

Relaxing!
My family and I had a great time at this lake house! Chad was extremely responsive to any questions we had. The house was very clean and well kept! We loved sitting on the back patio just enjoying the breeze watching the kids swim and fish. I’d highly recommend this to anyone wanting a peaceful lake getaway!

If you need a place to just kick back and relax with a beautiful view this is your place! If you need a place to host a family gathering of any ages, this place has everything you will need to entertain. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Annual fishing trip
Seven to ten of us normally fish Richland chambers every year about this time of year and the house we previously stayed in for the last 11 years is no longer a rental. We found this home on line and it was every bit as nice and clean as what they described it to be. The owners thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and not needing anything and we plan on booking it for next year. Great place for a group like ours or two or three family’s. The beds were very comfortable, bathrooms spacious and well stocked as was the kitchen. Thank you Chad for providing a great home away from home.

Family Weekend at the Lake
We had a great time! Unfortunately it rained all weekend so we spent a lot of time in the very large game room. Plenty of games to entertain the kids. Chad was really easy to communicate with and we had no issues. The kitchen was very well stocked with quality dishes/utensils as suggested in the listing description which was nice. The beds were super comfortable also! We will be returning again for another stay for sure!

Our stay was wonderful. The home is beautiful & set up so nice. It was very clean. We loved that each bedroom had a king bedroom with its own bathroom. Birthday Getaway
My family and I had a great time at this lake house. Plenty of room for everyone, clean and loved all the unique decor. Great view to the lake from inside the home-privacy gate was a plus. Outdoor patio has great view of lake. Large back yard-we played all the games, volley ball, batminton, cornhole, and went fishing!! Took our nieces and nephew out for kayak ride and even took my grandma on the canoe! It was a great stay full of sun, laughter and love and will definitely be coming back and would recommend to anyone.

our stay at perfect family lake house was just that, PERFECT. the house was top notch. The amenities were great. the game room had everything to keep our 11 year old occupied all day. we had a great time and it was really clean. we will definitely go back there to spend more time and hopefully catch some fish. Heavenly~ peaceful and relaxing
Our family often rents properties on RCL as we haven't built on our lot yet. This is probably one of our favorite places we have stayed. The photos of the house do not do it justice. It is a lovely home fully remodeled and has an amazing Gameroom to keep kids and adults entertained for hours. The beds were super comfy and the liens were all higher end. The homeowners are pleasant to deal with. It is on a beautiful large lakefront lot with a wonderful view of the sunset. Richland Chambers is our favorite lake in Texas. Why? Because it is never crowded, the water is always clean and people are friendly. If you rent this property, you will want to return! Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Take pictures and videos before staying!
We couldn’t get the game room fan to work, so it was warm in there throughout the daytime hours. The dart board was locked up and we were told we couldn’t have access to it. That wasn’t a huge deal, but then we texted the property manager because the trash cans were never emptied and we never received a response. We went the entire week with no where to put garbage. Then after we left, the property manager texted me a picture of his granite countertop and accused us of causing a scratch on it. It was just my husband and I with 4 kids… there’s no way we could have caused a scratch like that. No, I didn’t photograph the space before we occupied it, because we’ve never been accused of something like that in all the vrbo’s we’ve stayed in. But I also know we didn’t use the kitchen inappropriately. You’d have to have a power tool of some sort to scratch a counter like that. The guy was like “well I’m sure you have insurance”. I just have no words…. I wasn’t going to leave a review, but feel everyone should be warned if they stay— document the space well!

Family Vacation
Chad and Jennifer are amazing Hosts!! This vacation home is spectacular and my Family really enjoyed our week at their home. Location is great and the house is awesome. Going outside you are right on the water and the gameroom has plenty to keep the Grandkids and Adults busy. I highly recommend this property for a vacation you will not be disappointed.

Amazing!
We had an amazing stay at Star Crest Estates! The home was beautiful and perfectly designed for our family of 2 grown daughters, their husbands, and 3 grandkids! The home itself is like a designed home on HGTV. The kitchen was great for cooking. The game room was excellent and kept the family busy when they were in from swimming and fishing on the lake. The cove wasn't too busy with boat traffic. I highly recommend this place and would like to stay there again with my family.
