Great location!
We come to Port Aransas about 3 times a year. We hardly ever stay at the same place. Location is important to us - we like to be along 11th street for convenience to the beach and town, We would definitely stay here again- loved that it was on 11th street but it is in the back of the neighborhood so it is also private. This was one of the best places we have stayed at.

Great place to stay!
This was our second time renting this condo. We love that it has the beds downstairs for our teenagers to stay. We will be booking this place again for our family trips!

Interesting Layout for multiple families
Overall the stay was comfortable and this place is spacious. I might consider it again honestly. Our biggest complaint was the loud construction almost the whole time even Saturday and Sunday, hard to sleep or enjoy the outdoors when they were so loud. I liked the separate downstairs unit but not the worry about locking the door if I went upstairs to hang with friends and kids wanted to stay in the room. Downstairs is very spacious and the pictures do not do it justice. Love that it has its own bath. A mini fridge would be nice. Downstairs had multiple broken drawers, NO HEAT [spring break still got in the 40's, thankfully extra blankets) and the main TV control never worked so volume was insane. Also there is no cable so be prepared to login and logout of your account. Also if you were to accidentally lock the keys in the downstairs with no one in there you would be screwed, it should also have a pin code lock. Upstairs was nice, spacious porch to hang out in. Plenty of room and well decorated. There were lots of dishes to cook and eat with. The fridge was way too small and older model to hold food for 10. The dishwasher was poorly located and had to be extra pushed to stay closed. The table extension flap was broken so awkward for one seat as it could not go up. Parking is foone SUV TOPS! Even two small cars would be an unlikely fit. Nice pool and so close to the beach. Easy proximity to everything.

Overall, it was an awesome spot and it was a very much needed mini getaway. We did have to kill a roach on our last night there but other than that there were no other creepy crawlers. Place was pretty clean but we felt like the floor could’ve been swept and cleaned a little better as there was sand getting stuck to our feet wherever we walked prior to our beach outings. Other than that the location and setting of the property was great! Will be back again!

Sunny fun in #15
We enjoyed our stay and the house was a near-perfect fit for us. The downstairs room was great for our teens, but didn’t cool down as much as we would have liked. Luckily I’d read other reviews and brought along an oscillating fan😁 Upstairs accommodations were good, but the railing around the decking is not safe for little ones. Several of the boards are loose and spaced too far apart. Our 2-year-old grandson could easily have slipped through so we didn’t spend much time on the deck. The pool was wonderful and never crowded. Overall, I believe we would come back but would check on the repair of the deck railing.

The worst place ive stayed in port a
I go to port a at least 6 times a year, this year being my 5th time and i have never stayed in such a dingy place. Before we check in, thry call to tell me the stove and oven are broken and they got a little toaster oven and burner thing in there. We HAD 10 ADULTS THAT WE CLEARLY STATED WE STAYING THERE. Then the downstairs bedroom was scorching hot the entire stay, i sweat every night i was there. I woke up at 3 am to use the rr and it overflowed. There were also 3 large alive roaches. This is all in just the bottom room where i stayed . neighborhood looks questionable. Im just not very happy at all and i should be.

Great place to visit during COVID times
The house location is great and it’s very easy to reach two different beach access points. The management was very responsive through the VRBO chat. The only thing that isn’t totally clear for the next visitors is that you don’t check in at the office. Go straight to the property address at 4 and they will call you with the lock box code. This information wasn’t provided clearly originally so hopefully this info helps the next person. We brought all of our own food and supplies so we never had to go to a store which was great given that no one seemed to be concerned about wearing masks. The beach was easy to distance too. I will say that I wish parents wouldn’t let their kids mingle with other strangers and that people would take covid more seriously but this property really helped give us peace

The perfect little spot!
This little house was amazing! Decorated so cute!!! The set up is different but we made it work! With kids of all ages the pool being directly in front was perfect! Short golf cart drive to the beach! I would suggest removing the open grill, glad we didn’t even attempt to bbq on it due to the massive tree around it and maybe a few more dishes would have been great (we cooked A LOT) We will come back to the bungalow community!! We loved it!!!

Good small community
The community is super cute. It’s nestled in a sort of culdesac with the pool in the middle. If you have kids, this is ideal since there is little to no traffic coming in since it’s only residence that’s are there. The property we stayed at was cute. There was an upstairs with two rooms and a downstairs that has a separate entrance. The upstairs was a little musty but when you go downstairs, we had to open all of the windows because it was almost unbearable. Other then that, the place was clean. Beds weren’t too comfy (sunk in the middle). Minor issue was the dishwasher was rusted all over the place so hand washed until we left (instructed to leave dishes in the washer when we checked out). Rental claimed it was renovated but you couldn’t really tell as everything looked like it had been there for a while. We hung out with a friend at a rental a couple houses down in the complex who’s place was truly renovated and almost new. Staff was great and communicated well. Over all it was great outside of the mustiness.

Great visit to Port A!
This little house was perfect for us! The 3 bedrooms were a perfect fit for our kids and their friends who joined us! The pool was nice for everyone to enjoy in the evenings after the day at the beach. Management answered any of my questions quickly prior to arrival. My only disappointment was the charcoal grill; it’s an old Park type built in the ground and very small so we weren’t able to grill like we had planned. Having 7 of us we would have had to cook the food I brought in waves so we just ended up eating out for dinners instead. Also were only supplied 3 small rolls of TP. Would have been nice to have at least 2 rolls for each bathroom being they were small rolls. This is a quiet community very close two beach access roads. We rented a golf cart for the 3 days we were there and were able to get around all of Port A easily from this location. We will be back!
