Perfect family house
We absolutely loved our stay. The house was really clean and has a great setup for a family. House was fully stocked with everything we needed. Being right next to the pool was an added bonus and we used it everyday. Having the golf cart included was fantastic and made getting to the beach and around the area really easy and everyone loved going for rides. Property owners were great at communicating and responded to any questions in minutes. Highly recommend this house, we’ll definitely be back.

Lovely stay in Port A
We have stayed in other homes in the Casa Playa neighborhood of Port Aransas and I liked this one best. The home was spotless on arrival and well-constructed (other homes I have stayed in there felt flimsier somehow). The home is well-lit and the location is quiet, you don’t get noise from 361! The pool is clean and easy to share with others but was also often empty which was great! I love how this little neighborhood is less expensive but still very walkable to Cinnamon Shore amenities. Things to know: the top bunk in the bunk room has a 90 lb weight limit. The kitchen is well-stocked with equipment, plates, and glasses, etc but not cooking basics like spices. If you have mischievous teens, be aware the master is on the second floor and the guest rooms are on the ground floor. There is an alarm system but I wasn’t sure how to use it and it didn’t automatically chirp when doors opened. Thanks for a great stay!

2023 Port A
Our overall stay was very pleasant. The only problem we experienced when we arrived on Friday was with the refrigerator & freezer not working properly. The freezer was too cold and was leaking down to the refrigerator which was not cooling well. The problem seemed to have stopped but when we left on Sunday, it was doing the same thing. We had difficulty getting thru to the property manage because the answering service kept telling my husband that they couldn’t hear him. I called from a different phone number and got thru without any problem. One of the deciding factors for us on your property was that it included a golf cart in the description. We booked this in 2023, but at check in we’re told we couldn’t get the golf cart because it was booked in 2022, instead of being offered a solution. .

Fall Beach Trip
We had such a great time on this trip! The house is set up perfectly for two families with kids. We loved the kitchen and big dining table and the kids really enjoyed the lawn games outside on the deck. It was great having the laundry machines too! The pool is right outside the front door, and the beach a very quick golf cart ride or walk. You can even see the ocean from the top deck of the house. We loved our entire stay!

Great house in a great location.
Our first time in Port Aransas and we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Clean and spacious house with every switch, cupboard and drawer labeled for ease. A short walk to the beach, or even shorter in the included golf cart (a perfect way to explore the area). Only 2 minor points of feedback: 1). The Wi-Fi was very intermittent and would sometimes drop completely for 10-30 minutes 2). Expect check-in details on the day of arrival, shortly before check-in time. Knowing this early on would have avoided a phone call. All in all, a wonderful experience.

We had a great time staying here! The house was beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed. The pool and golf cart rental were huge hits with our kids, and the beach access was very easy with the cart! I only wish it wasn’t so far so we could come stay more often!

Great Beach Access
Loved our stay. Very great space to come home and unwind to after a day on the beach. Love the pool and everything about the house. I appreciated all the labels on the cabinets and light switches! It’s the small things that make the biggest differences. The smart TVs needed a personal log in, which I didn’t like, but who needs TV when you have an ocean of fun!!!

Fun family vacation
This was our first visit to Port A. This was a beautiful property very close to the beach and pool. We stayed comfortably with 4 adults and 3 kids. The house was well supplied with a lot of fun board games, TVs in every bedroom, and seating outside on two porches. Our kids enjoyed the pool which was very well suited for small children and often did not have anyone else in it. The only negative on the property is the paper and cleaning supplies that are not provided. To me this felt like the biggest inconvenience especially for the price we were paying to not have the house stocked with these items. You will need to bring a number of items for your stay. The list of items to bring was not completely accurate. Here is what they had - Travel size liquid dish soap, a few dishwasher pods, bars of soap in each bathroom, a few trash bags, two rolls of toilet paper in each of the 3 bathrooms, a roll of paper towels and a dish towel and rag. We found the broom and dust bin in the laundry room at the end of our stay. You will need to bring your own dish scrub brush or sponge, laundry detergent, shampoo/ conditioner, body wash, more trash bags, more toilet paper/ paper towels depending on the length of your stay, and cleaning wipes/ Lysol if you want to wipe down counters and Pam or cooking oil for the pans. It would also have been helpful to have a checkin/ checkout binder at the house with instructions and recommendations for food, activities, etc. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return again. I just think supplying the house with adequate paper/ cleaning/ cooking supplies plus a more comprehensive checkin/out instructions would have made this a 5 star property and experience.

Memorial Weekends getaway
We stayed at the property over Memorial Day weekend with two families including elementary aged kids. It was a great location to walk to the beach and spend the afternoon at the pool when the beach was too crowded. The living space was very stylish and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. There were no essential items like oil and salt and pepper which was slightly disappointing but other than that the stay was great!

Nice ocean breeze on Pool View property
No ocean view unless you lean way to the Side and look at the couple of inches between two buildings. But this didn’t ruin our stay. It was a lovely property with three porches that received great breezes. The pool is awesome for small children or large with 1 foot , 2 foot , and 4 foot areas. The beach is a short walk over the boardwalk Kitchen had most things one would need, although all of the non-stick pans needed to be replaced. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.
