Comfortable home!
Home was well stocked and clean. Accommodations worked well our family of 9. Only issue was the dryer did not work well.

Love this house!
This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property, loved it! The owner has thought of everything! The house is conveniently located, and the decks offer amazing views with one deck overlooking the golf course. Looking forward to coming back!

Perfect Beach House
We loved the beach house and location! The resort itself could improve on management. The restaurant and pool bar would randomly close the entire day or early on days with no reason. It rained our entire stay, so that wasn’t very fun, but the house is perfect and we also rented a golf cart from the resort which is very useful to get around the resort and to the beach!

Fun Holiday Weekend Getaway
This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at this property. Love it! Well equipped kitchen, spacious common areas, and comfortable rooms. The two decks offer great views, “windy world” of the beach (for now) and “summer world” of the golf course and sunsets. The house is conveniently located to pool and beach walkover (you can golf cart too). The Palmilla Resort guest services and staff are always great too. If you want an easy breezy, family friendly vacation, you won’t be disappointed.

Can’t wait to come back!
This property was exactly what we were hoping for to celebrate time with family by the beach. The Palmilla community is very accessible and the property was equipped for everything we needed and wanted in a vacation home. Loved the layout of the home - it was perfect for two sets of grandparents, us, and our two young kids. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful
The home was absolutely beautiful and just like the pictures. We had 4 adults and one infant. I would say that had we filled the house up (we had 2 bedrooms unused) the living spaces would have been a little crowded. Overall we had a wonderful stay. We rented a golf cart and were able to drive it over the boardwalk to the beach, which was so nice with a toddler. We also used the pool, which is heated. The house was extremely well stocked with all of the essentials including extra paper towels, trash bags, plenty of paper towels, etc.

Great location with everything you need to feel at home. Not as clean as we would have liked.
Great location with a great community pool and easy access to the beach. The home provided all of the basic necessities for our stay which made it feel at home and comfortable. The kitchen and living room are on the second floor so this could be an issue for some. When we arrived, some of the furniture was dirty, the refrigerator was dirty and so was the microwave. The property manager was not able to get a cleaning company to come out and touch up the areas that were left dirty. This was a bit disappointing especially for the rates we were paying we expected a clean house to stay in. We ended up having to clean and sanitize ourselves. The only other downside was that the community did not have great options for food and drinks. We cooked at the house so it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, it was a beautiful property, well kept and great location and neighborhood. I would consider staying again.

Gorgeous property that gave us everything we needed!
My husband, parents and in-laws stayed here for three days, two nights and it was exactly what we needed. It was clean and even provided essential toiletries. It was very comfortable for six people but would easily fit another two adults. Turnkey also did a great job at communicating with me leading up to our stay. Would come back! Thank you!

We came to Corpus Christi on a birdwatching trip and were thrilled when we walked into this beautiful home at the end of the day. Check in was super easy, the place was spotless, and we loved the layout and decor of the unit. Couldn't have been any better!

Fall getaway
The property was immaculate. Perfect for my family of four and my parents with plenty of space. The only drawback was the kids room with the bunks was right off the main living area, so hanging out/ making noise in the main living after bedtime was a challenge. The unit is beautiful. The kitchen was stocked very well! Loved the two balconies, one for morning and evening.

Great neighborhood and beach access
Everyone enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was great and fully supplied (except coffee). My only recommendation to this amazing property would be that the bunk beds are designed for small children. My thirteen year old was too big for the upper bunk. So maybe noting that would be helpful.
