“Property is nice and welcoming, updated interior and smells like a new home. If staying in warmer months bring a fan for air circulation, there was an issue with the AC system but property management was very prompt in sending someone out. If noise sensitive, bring a sound machine as the homes are right off the main roadway in town. For clarification the queen size bed is the pullout and the master suite bed is a full. “The location of the property is great. The home looked just like the pictures it was beautiful. The owner goes above and beyond by providing items you wouldn’t have thought to pack on a trip such as board games coffee, outdoor equipment for fishing and beach, fun, etc. overall, the home was found to be clean except for the shower, which had hair all in it from the previous person who stayed there. Other than that, I would definitely recommend staying here.”

“This place isnt for everyone but it was perfect for my wife and I. Nice and quaint, my wife loved have access to the pool and hot tub. Less than a 10 minute drive to everything in the area. When we come back to Rockport, we know where we will be staying.”

“Everything was so amazing. The location was conveniently near the beach, food, and shopping. The cottage was so cute and plenty of room. The private pool was loved by every member of my family. They used it every evening. This was kind of a last minute vacation idea for our family this year but we would absolutely stay here again. We made a trip to the aquarium in Corpus Christi. Well worth the price! A real gem!!”
