Los sueños se hacen realidad

Con dos balcones, una cocina renovada, cuatro dormitorios y tres baños con hermosas encimeras de cuarzo nuevas, hay mucho espacio para que su grupo se relaje y se divierta durante su estadía. Los cinco televisores de pantalla plana y el acceso inalámbrico a Internet de alta velocidad harán que su estadía en la casa sea tan excelente como su estadía fuera de la casa.

La cocina totalmente equipada con encimeras de cuarzo brillante y electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable junto con la sala de estar principal, tres dormitorios y dos baños se encuentran en el segundo piso. Una pared de ventanas da a la espaciosa terraza cubierta que tiene muchos asientos relajantes. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y un baño completo en suite. Las dos habitaciones restantes comparten un baño jack-n-jill. Un dormitorio tiene una cama queen size, mientras que el otro tiene una cama litera triple. Las literas no son solo para los niños, la litera inferior de tamaño completo funciona muy bien para todas las edades.

El dormitorio del tercer piso tiene una cama queen size con colchón nuevo de espuma viscoelástica y baño privado. Salga a su balcón privado y disfrute de las excelentes vistas al mar.

El nivel del suelo tiene un camino de entrada grande con mucho espacio para automóviles y su bote. Hay una parrilla de carbón, sillas y una mesa de picnic para disfrutar de la cocina al aire libre. Se proporcionan dos duchas al aire libre para su comodidad.

Esta casa y vecindario son muy privados, pero se consideran en la ciudad, por lo que se permiten carritos de golf y está cerca de todos los restaurantes, tiendas y bares. El paseo peatonal a la playa desde la subdivisión está a solo unos metros de distancia y tiene una gran área para sentarse y ver en la parte superior de las dunas. Great beach house!
Great house right next to the beach. Has all the room you would need for a get together. Super close to restaurants and bars. Communication with the property management was excellent and the small issue we had was rectified that day. Will definitely book again.

Pre Thanksgiving vacation.
The home was clean and welcoming. Love the lack of too many chores to close out. Proximity to the beach was fantastic! Our pets were easy to take care of in the rental. Beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. Communication was top notch.

Great and affordable!
We had a great time staying here and love that we were able to bring our pups with us! The upstairs bed was wonderful and firm, which is sometimes hard to find in rentals. I do recommend bringing coffee filters (8-10 cup basket style) and coffee if you drink it regularly.

Great place!
This place is in a great location with a boardwalk to the beach! It actually has two master suites one of which is upstairs by itself. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything and plenty of parking. You also have access to beach toys and boards and a grill. My family was very happy with it! I’d rent it again!

Family beach weekend.
Enjoyed the family time together! House size was adequate but, it could use a good cleaning and updating. The floors were pretty dirty and had an ant issue, as well as a couple of cockroach’s. Many window coverings were stained and the grass was very long. For the price, it should have at least had clean floors.

The bunk bed room had long black hair in the beds upon arrival. The room was so hot. Every bed was hard as a rock. No one slept the first night. The floors were very dirty. My daughter walked bare foot and her feet were black (she never walked outside so I know it was the floors) we left before the second night. It was worth the drive home to be in a comfortable bed

Nice beach house for family vacation
Overall an enjoyable stay. Location is good, a bit further from town, but still close to the beach. Nicely equipped kitchen to prepare meals. Only issue was water pressure, two people showering at the same time is a no-go. The dryer didn’t work either. Both issues were forwarded to maintenance and will hopefully be resolved before the next renters.

Perfect location!
Perfect location with plenty of parking! House was cleaned early and we were able to check in earlier than the posted check in time. The only downfalls were our bed sheets seemed on the rougher side, and the downstairs light switch seemed to be stuck in the off position. We filled out a repair form for the property, but it was never repaired while we were there and we had not heard from anyone about it. Overall, i gave this a rating of 4/5 stars. Will look into staying here again!

Great home, average location
The house was great, very comfortable and well appointed. The location was beachfront but quite a distance to the water and the boardwalk was quite a climb. We ended up just driving to the beach anyway but wished for more views from the house itself, if not easier access.

Great layout/floor plan; nice neighborhood
We had a nice stay at the ‘Dreams Do Come True’ home. The house has a great floor plan! A few items to note: - The boardwalk to beach has MANY stairs and is quite long. Just be prepared. - The upstairs bedroom (which is a loft space by itself, does not have a door (but it was a perfect space for our 2 teen girls). - Would have loved access to a pool but that’s no fault of the property/owners. :-) - Kitchen was stocked “okay”. Only 2 trash bags provided. We brought our own pans & cutting board. Bring or buy your own paper towels, napkins, etc. - Was nice having a washer & dryer but bring laundry detergent. Overall, nice place!

A few discrepancies
Our family really enjoyed staying here but there were a few issues. The boardwalk for the neighborhood is not for older people or definitely out of shape folks. It’s very treacherous to say the least and could use some TLC. It’s quite an up and down hike to the beach. The pier is not a 5 minute walk but perhaps a 5 minute drive. Plus it was closed when we were there in June 2021. The kitchen cabinets had food crumbs in them. The provided portable fans did not work but we had brought our own. Ice maker did not work while we were there. Furniture could have been cleaner but they had normal wear and tear. Beds were hard but everyone seemed to sleep ok. There is a golf cart rental around the corner and that was a huge plus. We loved them. A/C worked well. Quite neighborhood with a convenience store a few blocks away. Easy trip to town via golf cart or car. Overall it is a nice place with just a few minor cosmetic cleaning issues.

Fun On The Beach
We had a great time. Property is within walking distance of the beach, and close to stores in Port Aransas. We enjoyed visiting San Padre National Seashore, and several nice restaurants. January is a quiet time with not many people.

Great Location, Total Relaxation
This well-equipped home is in a secluded, quiet neighborhood just a short walk to the beach. A perfect getaway. The layout is great for guests, offering an upstairs suite for privacy and social distancing. We were very pleased.

Port A fun stay
Great house with very pretty views of sunset. The location is perfect being so close to the beach. At first, I was unhappy because there is ongoing construction of a house right next door, however, work stopped between 4:30 and 5 so we were not bothered by noise. Pest control should be called because there are roaches (including baby roaches)
