Cute house

The house is close to the beach and to town. Very clean. We were able to get the two house next store for all our group to stay close to each other

Great location. Comfortable cottage.

Overall had a great experience. Easy walking distance to beach and downtown area with restaurants, etc. There were several things listed in the ad that weren't there (ironing board, grill, etc). Nothing that we really needed, and so we didn't ask management. But future guests may want to ask ahead of time if those things matter to you. Aside from that, everything was awesome.

Mixed Messages Mixed Review

While the cottage is very nice with great amenities we arrived to find the 55” TV touted in the property description not there (owner removed but told no one), lawn was overgrown (apparently previous renter had same issue), no shampoo/toiletries, one towel and washcloth per person, and laundry room locked (owner apparently changed locks and didn’t tell anyone). Toiletries arrived same day, lawn mowed on Wednesday, additional towels came Wednesday, laundry room unlocked Thursday only to find washer didn’t work and wasn’t fixed until later that day. We also found the top of the refrigerator filthy and a dirty towel on the back porch. Now I don’t know what kind of inspection the property management company does but their lack of attention was disconcerting. The owner also has misrepresented the property without advising management company.

Beach Breezy Getaway

Had a lovely stay at this rental. Had all the basic amenities needed. Communication was prompt from host/rental company. Best part is the enclosed porch!

Perfect stay

The house was clean and centrally located. Washer and dryer a plus. Brought our dogs who were very comfortable there. Loved screened in porch to watch TV at night with cool breeze! Would definitely stay again!!

Breezy Cottage is the Perfect Name

We had our Golden Retriever with us and the space outside and on the screen porch worked well. It was her fist trip to the beach, which was an easy walk. The neighborhood is quiet and close to restaurant, the main grocery store and other conveniences. This was our second stay and we would definitely stay at Breezy Cottage again. The

Uncomfortable

There isn't a comfortable peice of furniture in this entire cabin. It was so uncomfortable that I ended my vacation two days early. The bed is nothing more than a thin old mattress with cheap sheets. I will not be back. Thanks.

Awesome little house

Enjoyed our stay at this little cottage tucked in a neighborhood. The only thing we would recommend to the owner is the placement of the window unit it the bedroom. You can see through the window, we had to use a blanket as a window cover. Other then this I would recommend this rental . Till next time Port aransas

Highly recommend!

I am a frequent Port Aransas visitor. I never stay at same location. I like being able to try new cottages, rentals so to recommend and possibly revisit! Well this is a first for me - I’ll definitely be staying here again!! Location, clean clean clean, convenient, peaceful and very cozy! Loved it
