Photos are deceiving. Expected the house to be pristine and in perfect condition. It wasn't.Good Points: perfect house for a large group. We had 17, 8 kids and 9 adults. Great location, easy access to beach, kids loved paddle boats and fishing off the dock.Beds were comfortable. Furniture has seen better days, tv didnt work in living room, grill hadnt been cleaned in months and actually caught on fire from the grease when it was lit. Crazy moment trying to put it out. Needs a good power washing. Tones of spider webs everywhere. Miget bugs were so bad in downstairs bunk room, kids slep on sofa upstairs after the 3rd day. Couldnt get rid if them. Pool furniture was moldy and dirty. Pool had sand and dead leaves on the bottom. Had not been properly cleaned. Upstairs deck had no lighting so very hazardous to go up or down at night. 1 towel per person was not enough. Would have brought my own had I known. House need updating.I understand its a beach house rental and owners probably dont want to have things get ruined. But for the price paid for the week, we all expected a better house than the one we got. I requested a partial refund due to misrepresentation of the house. I doubt I will get one. If you dont care about any of the above then you will like it, otherwise, look elsewhere for the perfect vacation home.
