“University Mill House was the perfect location while attending events at Cabarrus Arena. Susan was so responsive from the initial booking stages and throughout the stay. Immaculately clean, so much attention has been given to details of anything you may need from a sound machine, aromatherapy diffuser, dual kitchen decanter/kcup, fast brew hot water tea pot and every utensil imaginable. “The house was great for our little family reunion with my siblings and spouses. It was clean and had comfy chairs in the living room for visiting. We even spent some time on the porch in the nice chirs provided there. It was close to uptown and the sights that we wanted to visit.We didn't come with kurig cups so we used the coffee press provided. I would suggest a kettle for the stove.
