Alemar House ubicada en Barbati, en la costa noreste de Corfú, rodeada de olivares. Aire acondicionado en 2 habitaciones. Esta casa es ideal para parejas y familias. El entorno de esta casa te deja sin aliento, las vistas al mar desde el balcón y la terraza son realmente espectaculares.
Paseos y olivares cercanos. Tiendas, tabernas, servicio de autobuses y playa a 3 minutos a pie.
Gran área de balcón y terraza fuera de la sala de estar con mesa y sillas para comer al aire libre, junto con asientos con muebles suaves para relajarse y disfrutar de la espectacular vista. Entonces, si desea simplemente relajarse y disfrutar de la vista, tal vez con un vaso helado de algo delicioso, o disfrutar de la oportunidad de cenar al aire libre, esta área es ideal a cualquier hora del día o de la noche.
La maravillosa terraza para tomar el sol con hamacas y sombrillas y un poco de sombra natural de los olivos que sobresalen, el área no se pasa por alto para brindarle total privacidad. Muy cerca se encuentra la piscina en un pequeño complejo, donde nuestros huéspedes son bienvenidos.

Barbati está situado en el extremo noreste de Corfú, justo antes de Nissaki, a unos 18 km de la ciudad de Corfú, el puerto y el aeropuerto. Encaramado en las estribaciones del majestuoso Monte Pontokrator, con una altura de 906 metros, es una de las regiones más pintorescas de toda la isla, en medio de cipreses verdes, olivos y vegetación rica. Ofrece impresionantes vistas a lo largo de la costa hasta la ciudad de Corfú a la derecha y a través del canal de Corfú a Albania y el continente griego a la izquierda.

El complejo Barbati es un pequeño y tranquilo pueblo relajante, popular por su mar azul cristalino y su larga playa de guijarros. En la playa puede disfrutar de todo tipo de deportes acuáticos (parapente, moto acuática, esquí acuático, plátanos, etc.), puede bucear con el centro de buceo Apollo de Corfú y también alquilar un bote para una inolvidable excursión de un día a la hermosa Pequeñas playas a lo largo de la costa. 10 days in heaven.
What a property and location. We were blessed with 23-25C sunny days for all of our tens days at Dinos' villa in late October-early November. This meant that we could maximise our use of the excellent outside facilities and especially the pool which was warm enough to swim in with ease (as was the sea). Comfortable beds, more than sufficient internal facilities and excellent local amenities (although some did shut at the start of November) meant that we had an excellent stay. We would totally recommend this villa to all.

Fantastic property with an amazing view and pool. Very private location with short walk to the beach and many very good restaurants. The owner, Dinos, was great at communicating with me. I would highly recommend the property for anyone travelling to Corfu. The swimming at Barbati beach is fantastic! Can’t wait to go back!

Perfect family holiday with older kids
We had the most relaxing holiday we could have hoped for and everyone enjoyed it immensely. The house and pool were spotlessly clean, very comfortable, with everything that we needed for our stay. We didn't hire a car, but beach, bakery, numerous shops, bars and tavernas within short walking distance. Dinos is a great host and really cared about ensuring that we had a nice relaxing holiday. Thank you Dinos!

Lovely villa with everything you need for an enjoyable holiday
Had an amazing time in the villa,The steps up to the villa was well worth it of the views of the beautiful seas very relaxing and the pool was amazing,lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Recommend hiring a boat from spiros boat hire at the beach. Had a fantastic time, dinos the owner was very happy to help with everything and helped any way he could we will definitely go back

Marvellous!
Villa Alemar is a perfect home away from home. The facilities are spot on. A nice little pool, big enough to cool down and play in, after a nice day at the beach, which itself is a short walk down the hill. Barbati itself has a few lovely tavernas and restaurants and enough shops to get what you need during the day. Dinos, the host, can't do enough to help to make your stay unforgettable.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit fantastischer Aussicht
Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in hervorragender Lage. Das beste ist die Terrasse mit Pool und diversen Sitzmöglichkeiten und vor allem mit einem herrlichen Blick aufs Meer. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Alle 3-4 Tage wird das Haus gereinigt und die Handtücher gewechselt. Mehrere Restaurants, kleinere Geschäfte und der Strand sind alles in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Auto um die Insel zu erkunden oder zum Einkaufen ist trotzdem zu empfehlen. Der eigene Parkplatz unterhalb des Hauses direkt an der Straße ist praktisch. Dinos ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber der uns mit einigen Tips versorgt hat. Wir haben uns in der Villa Alemar sehr wohl gefühlt.

Two weeks of sun and relaxation
Very helpful and welcoming landlord. Breathtaking views over the bay, with Corfu town twinkling on one side and the mountains of Albania in the distance. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. A great place to explore the island. It should be mentioned that there are 55 steps from street level to the door....it will get you fit. The view is worth the climb!

Traumvilla
Villa Alemar ist traumhaft zwischen Meer und Bergen gelegen und mit allem ausgestattet, was für einen gemütlichen Urlaub nötig ist. Die Einrichtung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Unser Gastgeber Dinos hat uns viele Tipps für Restaurants und Aktivitäten gegeben, vielen Dank dafür :) Für Verbindungen in größere Orte, Erkundungen und das Einkaufen würde ich ein Auto empfehlen, in Barbati selbst bekommt man allerdings auch das Nötigste. Ich würde dort immer wieder Urlaub machen und kann die Villa sehr empfehlen.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit Blick über das Meer
Die Wohnung besticht vor allem durch die dazugehörige Terrasse samt Pool, von der aus man einen atemberaubenden Blick über das Meer und die Berge Korfus und der albanischen Küste hat. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und einfach. Er hat uns mit guten Tips versorgt. Außerdem wurde die Wohnung nach der Hälfte des Urlaubes geputzt und mit neuen Handtüchern ausgestattet. Das habe ich bisher bei einer Ferienwohnung noch nicht erlebt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen!

Amazing stay!
We have just returned from an amazing week in Barbati. The house is so modern, clean and comfortable and has everything you could possibly need, including air con which was very welcome even in September. There are loads of towels and smaller touches like a hairdryer - even a corkscrew! The views from the terrace/pool area are just breath taking and we spent lots of time there. Our family enjoyed the pool and the lovely beach is just down the hill. It wasn't ever too busy. Barbati has lots of great places to eat and drink serving excellent food. The island bus service is great with stops near the house so we went to Corfu Town and neighbouring resorts. Our kids took a boat out for the day and loved that. Thanks so much to Dinos, Sandra and Alex. They picked us up and took us back to the airport for a very reasonable fee and answered any questions we had straightaway. Our holiday seemed to go by in a flash - hopefully we will return soon!

Lovely house, great pool, peace, quiet yet close to beach, village and bus stops
We had a spectacular holiday at Alemar House in August. Our family of three (2 adults, 1 8 year old) absolutely loved the clean, cool house, beautiful view, and amenities. There was plenty of space outside to rest and read, and we spent every day in the pool. The house had a great BBQ, well equipped kitchen, new TV and was calm and peaceful with no-one overlooking us. As non-car-drivers, we were also pleasantly surprised by the Green Bus network, which got us easily to Kassiopi and Corfu Town, without much delay. Dinos, Sandra, and Alex were so helpful and kind. This was a fantastic place to stay on Corfu, highly recommended. Thank you so much.

Großartige Lage
Waren als Familie mit zwei Söhnen (12+13) hier, der Aufenthalt hat allen sehr gut gefallen. Die Inneneinrichtung und Ausstattung ist nicht Premium, es ist aber alles da und man fühlt sich wohl. Die Außenanlagen sind etwas heruntergekommen, Dinos plant hier wohl grössere Renovierungsarbeiten kommenden Winter. Klimaanlagen und Ventilatoren trotzten auch der Sahara Hitze der 2. Woche. Klares Highlight sind Lage und Aussicht, vom Balkon nach vorne hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf die Hauptstadt und die albanische Küste, hinter einem erheben sich die Ausläufer des Pantokrstormassivs. Tisch dort gross genug um abends noch zu viert Canasta zu spielen. Der Pool des Club Verde Blue konnte mitbenutzt werden und war zu Recht ein viel genutztes Highlight in den heissen Zwischenstunden. Barbarti selbst hat ebenfalls sehr positiv überrascht. Der südliche Teil ist atmosphärisch eher gediegen entspannt, die Restauration am Strand besteht aus zwei an Ibiza erinnernden Beach Lounge Clubs, das Verde blue ist dabei kulinarisch sehr zu empfehlen. Toll auch das Team und die Karte vom Coffee Lovers direkt nebenan! Es gibt genügend freie Strandfläche am Südstrand, der Kieselstrand fällt rasch ab, fischreiches ,sauberes Wasser. Tipp: Tagestour mit einem Motorboot von Spiros und seinem Sohn und Mittags in Kouloura anlegen, reizvoller kleiner Strand und sehr schön gelegene Taverne. Die bekannten Westküsten-Strände wie Glyfada und Kontogialos sind mit dem Auto in 40 min zu ereichen, Tipp :Issos Beach weiter südlich, toller grosser Dünenstrand. Die Betreuung von Dinos war wie schon oft geschrieben sehr nett und angenehm. Insgesamt also klare Empfehlung!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit toller Aussicht
Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, insbesondere der Ausblick auf das Meer und das gegenüberliegende Festland war atemberaubend. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, von Mikrowelle, sehr großem Kühlschrank mit Eisschrank bis hin zu Saftpresse ist alles vorhanden. Praktisch ist auch die Waschmaschine, die mit dabei ist. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, es wurden bei unserem knapp zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt 2x die Handtücher gewechselt und 1x auch geputzt. Der Besitzer Dinos ist sehr freundlich und hat auf Anfragen welcher Art immer sehr schnell reagiert. Wenn man möchte, holt er einen auch gern vom Flughafen ab und bringt einen wieder zurück. Was man beachten sollte, gerade wenn man z.B. mit älteren Personen unterwegs ist sind die ca. 50 Stufen zur Wohnung, die vor allem mit Gepäck oder größeren Einkäufen etwas anstrengend sind.

sehr schöner aufenthalt
direkt nach der wiederöffnung der insel habe ich dieses kleine haus bewohnen dürfen. sehr schön. uneinsehbar, sehr ruhig (bis auf die strasse unten, wenn laute motorräder etc. in der nacht daher fahren). bis auf salz/pfeffer war alles da in der küche, vollständig ausgerüstet. der vermieter dinos war sehr zuvorkommend und nett. ich denke, die optimale belegung ist mit einer oder zwei personen. und man sollte die 55 steilen stufen hoch zum haus nicht unterschätzen. haus alemar ist absolut eine empfehlung (wenn man ein auto hat).

Traumblick über Barbati
Wie auch unsere Vorgänger in dem Haus hoch über Barbati möchten wir ebenso den netten und gastfreundlichen Kontakt zu Dinos erwähnen, der sofort auf Anfragen reagierte und viele gute Tipps gab! Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar: denn ob einerseits über dem Ort gelegen und entsprechenden Traumblick auf die Küste, andererseits ein kurzer Weg zu Fuß zum Strand mit klarem Wasser. Von hier bieten sich viele interessante Ausflugsziele & auch die Anmietung eines Bootes direkt am Strand für einen Tagesausflug - ohne Motorbootschein - fanden wir überaus attraktiv! Innerhalb von 14 Tagen Aufenthalt wurden 3 X die Handtücher frisch gewechselt und einmal komplett gereinigt sowie die Bettwäsche ersetzt. Super! Insgesamt ist die perfekte Sauberkeit des Hauses hervorzuheben! Die Küche bietet alles, was man braucht, sogar ein Kontaktgrill für ein schnelles Panini ist vorhanden. Gut ist auch die Kühl-/ Gefrierkombinatin, die im Tiefkühlbereich 3 Kühlfächer bereithält. Gastronomie ist reichlich vorhanden, auch dazu hat Dinos uns gute Empfehlungen gegeben. Wir bedanken uns bei Dinos ganz herzlich für einen perfekten Gastgeber für 2 Wochen auf Korfu!

wunderschön mit herrlicher Aussicht aufs Meer!
Unser Urlaub war Rundum perfekt. Die Wohnung war einfach super. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet alles da was man braucht. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, 2 mal wurde sie sogar sauber gemacht und Handtücher gewechselt. Der Ausblick vom Balkong und Terasse sind wundervoll. Supermärkte sind zu Fuß erreibar. Die größeren mit dem Auto innerhalb 10 Min erreichbar. Der Strand ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, dieser ist sehr schön und auch sauber besonders das Meer ist galsklar einfach nur schön. Beachbars sind auch genügend vorhanden. Alles war wirklich wunderschön. Auch der Vermieter ist wirklich sehr nett und gibt gute Tips für Ausflüge. Rundum ein perfekter Urlaub auf.einer wunderbaren Insel. Man kann bei ihm auch Autos mieten bei Nachfrage holt er einen auch am Flughafen ab.

A lovely property in a beautiful location.
We had a fantastic two weeks in Barbati, swimming in the sea every day and exploring the island. The views from the terrace were great and the house is equipped with all you need. Dinos was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were very sad to leave!

Sehr saubere Unterkunft mit schöner Aussicht
Geräumige und sehr saubere Unterkunft mit schöner Aussicht, nahe am Meer gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein gutes Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ausstattung sehr gut. Hilfsbereite, freundliche Vermieter. Zur Wohnung führen einige Treppenstufen nach oben. Würden wir wieder buchen.

Super Urlaub!
Sehr schöne Wohnung, hell und gepflegt. Küche gut ausgestattet. Reinigung mit Bettwäsche und Tücher-wechsel einmall der Woche. Herr Touroukis war besonders nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Vielen Dank nochmal!

A relaxing break in Corfu
The property was clean, tidy and well equipped with fantastic views. We stayed off season so knew that many of the tavernas and shops would not be open. This was fine with us, there was still plenty to see, and places to eat. We hired a car and explored much of the island, including Corfu town. Dinos was a fantastic host and we appreciated his tips on places to visit and tavernas to try. He was easy to contact when needed. During our break it was our daughter's birthday. We ordered a cake from the local bakery. It was fantastic! All in all we had a brilliant holiday at Alemar.
