If you need sleep, DO NOT stay here. Summer in CO, open windows are your only source of AC. When we arrived, the condo was 86 degrees, so we tried to open windows to get airflow (no fans provided)- windows had broken openers, broken casing, or were just falling apart- so we couldn't really use them properly. While it is safe to keep properties well-lit, exterior night light was almost like full daylight. Poor choice in window coverings in this condo meant there was no way to block out the light coming in both at night and the bright sunlight streaming into the east facing bedrooms. No sleep masks were available in the entire county, so I used pillows to cover my face. The next issue was the noise- we could hear every single person as they prepared for their day. Younger kids yelling and playing, a very aggressive and angry man in the condo below us who came out to yell at my teenaged son for playing cards in our condo at 9:20p who also banged on our ceiling repeatedly and very angrily- he scared me. We were definitely not the quietest people, but never stayed up past 10:30. While we had every single thing we needed in the kitchen, with bedding, and lots of space, I neither felt safe or comfortable the entire time we were there. Add to that having to lug a cooler and all our belongings up 3.5 flights of spiral, carpeted stairs- I wish I had never rented this place. Overall a terrible experience. I rent vacation rentals frequently and have never left a review this bad.
