Adequate but needs some TLC
Property was clean and sufficient for our 2 night stay. Property has numerous maintainance issues - each relatively minor but all together create an atmosphere of needing some TLC. (broken window blinds prevent bedroom from being adequately dark, cabinet door off hinges, dining room chair seats cushions are long overdue for replacement, ripped bedspread, electrical plug on bedroom worked only intermittently).

The parking around this area is horrible. We didn't have the parking pass int the unit as we were told there would be. The did get us a pass pretty quickly. We had 2 cars and the check-in instruction email said we would have to park the second car at a lot down the street. They said there was a and to pay that at the kiosk. That lot is a dirt lot, there is no kiosk and the sign says that no overnight parking is allowed. I spent over an hour and a half trying to get help on this issue (both on the phone and also texting) with customer service. They told me a few times that a local rep would help us and to just wait for them to respond. No one ever responded. The unit itself is in a great area and is in good condition. If you stay at this property, do NOT take more than one vehicle. Also, the temperature was 43 degrees the first morning and low 50's the second morning and the heater did not work.

Perfect location for a laid back ski weekend
Perfect location just a few hundred feet from the two main center village lifts. Tons of great food options within walking distance. Hot tubs and pool are meticulously maintained and super clean/clear. Perfect place to relax after a long day on the slopes. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, everything you need.

Great location
Spacious, full amenities, and comfortable. Quiet during quiet hours, you can hear folks in the hall, but it was tolerable. The condo is near the lifts and central village. No parking issues in the garage and the wifi worked well. The only amenity that did not work was the cable or normal tv as there was weak signal on all the tvs. Thankfully there were some dvds to watch during the down time. There is no network streaming like roku so bring your laptop or protable projector if you need to watch something. The management said they would look into the cable tv issue but it was never fixed during our short stay. Otherwise, it was a good place to vacation in. Would stay again.

Another Mediocre Vacasa experience.
Vacasa continues to buy vacation property rental companies, and seems to operate most the VRBOs at Copper. Commercializing every aspect and creating a process similar to a budget hotel experience We tried to avoid Vacasa this year by booking with a different property manager but low and behold Vacasa owns them now too. Our experience this time was dirty towels from previous occupants and no toilet paper when we checked in. Stains on chairs at dining table, stuff piled up in closets and generally just disheveled space. Sheets seemed seemed to have been changed, but hair from previous guests was on the bedding? Vacasa staff at Copper were friendly but difficult to get a hold of - corporate Vacasa was useless. They don't respond to messages through VRBO, and when called they put you into an text message with someone that can't even contact the local office.

Easy Peasy
Unit was clean and stocked with supplies. It was easy in and easy out to the gondola. Locker location also very convenient. Beds were also pretty comfy. I would love it next time though if there was a foam topper... =)

Best Ski Vacation Ever
We had an amazing stay. With 2 adult couples the condo was very spacious. Its a corner unit so it may be a bit bigger than others. The layout is perfect for privacy. The beds were comfortable and the master bathroom is spectacular! The kitchen has everything you could need, especially coffee filters. There are about a thousand coffee filters, don't buy anymore! We took the elevator down to the first floor, grabbed our ski's from the locker and took an easy walk to lifts . So convenient. Everything we needed for our 5 day stay was nearby. Took the shuttle just outside our front door to east village for tubing. Look forward to coming back again. Would 100% come back to this condo. Ski vacations can be hard to navigate but this on was so easy!

Great spot in Center Village!
Perfect place for a small group. Easy access to ski rentals, shops, and restaurants. The apartment was clean and looked mostly like the pictures. The living room is configured differently now. The dark leather couch is the sleeper sofa. I thought the chair in the first photo was another couch, but it's a weird angle in the photo that made it look larger. I'm glad I brought a blow-up mattress just in case since our 5th and 6th people joining were not a couple. The wifi was down the first day, so we had to pass keys around which was a pain. Never found any staff in the office after the evening we checked in to get more keys made. The Vacasa office was also hard to find with the address given—it took me to the opposite side so I couldn't see the sign. However, it's right off the shuttle bus roundabout so look for the Vacasa sign vs following the address. Overall, would highly recommend and book again!

Easy stay
Great location. Furniture is slightly different from what is pictured, but it worked well. Pull out bed was uncomfortable, but i think that is to be expected with any pull out bed.
