Host was nice / communicative. Older flat in pretty good shape but not new or renovated. Price was fairly high (though I can't remember comparables for the same time of year in Copenhagen -- could be that everything was high!) Flat was suitable for two people, maybe 3-4 depending on the mix of people We booked for 4 people (two adults, two kids, twins, age 11) -- had to pay a surcharge for the two kids. In hindsight, not sure what the surcharge was for. There was a loft area with an extra double bed (for the twins) but we didn't use it -- we adults (age 50) felt the ladder access to the loft was too dangerous for us, and likewise felt it was too dangerous for the 11 year olds. So perhaps the surcharge was for the loft area which we didn't use. Maybe a late teenager or young adult would be fine in the loft, but not our crew. Thankfully the couch was a hide-a-bed which the twins shared. The bathroom was odd and small, but functional and we got used to it. The kitchen was nice, no microwave but easy to use / user friendly. Two flights of steep old-timey stairs to access the flat, so be ready for that, thankfully we were traveling light and only had small luggage. Overall I would stay in this flat again if there were only two of us, but probably not again with the four of us.
