“The location of this property is superb…walking distance from all the stacks on the Bandon beach. Low tide beach and ocean floor walking is beyond thrilling. Exceptional location. The unit itself could use some TLC. Sparse furniture and many walls without pictures. A lot could be done to improve this unit so I would only give it a “it gets you by” grade. But as they say with real estate, location location location…and this place certainly has that!”
