Great option for Dream Park Stay
We booked this for our stay during my son’s Dreams Park Tournament. The location was perfect with an easy, quick drive to and from the park and restaurants. The setup was perfect with a master that had its own bathroom for my wife and me and an attached separate bedroom for my other two kids. It’s great that room had twin bunks and a queen so my baseball player had a bed on the last night of our stay when the tournament was over. The cottage was well stocked and clean. There were plenty of towels too! There is also a bathroom off the living room with a shower that my kids could use.

Wonderful property and fantastic location
We loved our stay here. The foggy view each morning was amazing. The proximity to Dreams park could not have been better. Great day and fantastic location. We enjoyed the property very much. *there was a small issue with ants in the kitchen but we cleaned them up and it seemed better

Amazing View
Our stay was a incredible experience loved every single day we grill almost every day my kids played baseball in that tremendous huge back yard we saw deers bunny’s they loved it we washed and dry all of clothes thank you for that. We dropped a pin. The house is small but really cozy.

Enjoyed Our Stay
Property was great. My boys were playing in the Cooperstown Baseball Tournament. The house is like 5 minutes away from the complex. It was great because my husband would pop in and shower everyday so he wouldn't have to shower at the barracks. House was clean, beds were comfy it was the perfect size for what we needed. I only wished the clothes dryer worked a little better and the back door slider was very hard to open. Other than that it was a great property and would rent it again if ever in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Serenity Barn! We were in town for our son's baseball tournament and my husband, younger son and myself stayed here. It was the perfect size, super clean, cozy and comfortable. Thank you for the great accommodations!

We had a great stay while in town for a baseball tournament at Dreams Park. Being so close to downtown and Dreams Park was a huge convenience. Property was super clean and modern. We will definitely be back when our youngest plays 12u.

Amazing Views and Guest House
My husband and I stayed in this little guest house while our son was playing in Cooperstown at Dreams Park! It was perfect! Our friends had a larger group and stayed in the main house across the street and we all really enjoyed it! The location was so very convenient to everything and the host was perfect! We’ll definitely stay again if we’re ever back in Cooperstown! Loved it!

Fun Barn
Great location peaceful and beautiful. Really enjoyed our stay there. The only thing I didn’t know was that the 2 bedrooms are right next to each other and in order to get to the main living area you would have to either go outside around the barn or go through the other persons bedroom. Other than that everything was great!

We came for a baseball tournament and were very happy with this stay. It was very convenient to Cooperstown Dreams Park and it was easy to come back and relax in between games. Our daughter loved catching fireflies at night In the large back yard.

This is the perfect property for those that have traveled for the baseball tournament. The barn has everything you’ll need for your stay. It is located perfectly between downtown and Dreams Park. It was a treat to sip coffee and watch the deer each morning. Thanks for making our trip that much easier.

The barn is a great place to stay! So rustic and charming with an amazing view. It is close to Dreams Park, as well the shops and sites to see. Patrick and Heidi were wonderful to work with and very quick when communicating! Thanks again!!!
