Perfect Cooperstown/Field of Dreams Park House
This house is perfectly located between town and the baseball fields. It was the perfect place to watch our son play baseball.

Amazing property
We were in town for the Cooperstown tournament and would have had a great time regardless, but this house made it unforgettable. Beautiful scenery, very well maintained and so close to everything - yet so secluded. Would highly recommend. Will try to book in two years when we return!

Beautiful Home
Very tidy and lovely home equipped with everything you need. A comfy beds and nice and clean bathrooms. Melissa is a great host and there when you need her, Very nice and wants to share all she knows about the area. We had a great stay!

Great Location, Good Amount of Space
This house was perfect for Cooperstown. You were only a few minutes away from Dreams Park. The owners are great, easy to communicate with and very helpful. They had everything you needed there at the house. Couple things to note: very buggy outside the doors at night, spider webs in the corners of the first floor bedroom and the first floor bedroom was damp, had to purchase Damp Rid. Upstairs bedrooms were good and the house was overall clean. Clean kitchen and bathrooms. Would recommend, but highly suggest that the owners move the outdoor lights further away from the door!

Great Cooperstown Location
We stayed at the house for my son's Cooperstown Dream Park week. The house is ideally situated between the baseball fields and downtown Cooperstown. Only a few minutes drive to each. It is a very nice place with all of the essentials. Very comfortable to stay in and quite enjoyable. Has a wonderful outdoor patio space with a fire pit and a grill. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent location
This was perfect, so close to Dreams park it was easy to get back and forth in under 5 minutes. The house was perfect, clean, and Melissa was great. Great stay for 3 adults and 2 kids thank you.

Cooperstown charmer
We had the best time staying at this home during our sons week in Cooperstown. The house is perfectly situated to get to the Dreams Ballpark in 5 minutes or so but set enough away to enjoy some quiet downtime. Close to downtown for dinner or shopping. Rustic old farmhouse updated with modern conveniences. Wonderfully renovated kitchen, Wi-Fi snd Cable so we could watch the Stanley Cup while there. Go knights go! I’d definitely recommend this home!

What a wonderful home!
Our two families whose sons were part of Cooperstown Dream Experience stayed together at the house - so perfect. Each family got a space, the house was clean and well-kept, and ready for us to take over for the week. Would highly recommend to one large family or two families for a maximum of 8 sleepers. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking but we did not make use of it. The homeowners were very responsive when we had minor questions. Major highlight - the sunrise from the front porch on the rocking chairs. So beautiful and peaceful. If we come back up to Cooperstown, we’d definitely try to stay here again!

This property was a great getaway from the hustle and heat of Cooperstown. Being able to have a homemade for making meals, waiting out rain delays and an overall place of respite for all was crucial for us. We were 2 wives and 2 siblings of coaches and players in the barracks. I would suggest to tigers and return for future tournaments.

Great family home near Cooperstown
The house was beautiful and homie. The owners were very quick to answer any questions during our stay. You have so much privacy and peace, it’s a perfect getaway. It is so close to all of the fun things to do around Cooperstown. It's a short drive to Dreamspark and Main Street. I highly recommend.

Great place to stay for baseball tourney
Perfect location (right in between dream park and town). Great kitchen and patio for at home meals. Great for 4 adults and 2 or 3 kids (but would be tight of you have more). Very helpful and flexible owners!

The property was as advertised. The location was great. The travel time to/from the Cooperstown Dreams fields, the Hall of Fame, restaurants, etc. was less than 10 minutes. We had plenty of room and enjoyed our stay!

Lovely stay
Serenity house is a charming old house with all the modern updates. We stayed with two families of 4. It was not quite big enough for 8 without the aerobed we brought with us. Heidi and Patrick were easily accessible to answer questions and help. The house feels remote but is just 10 minutes from town where all the action is.
