Perfect location for Cooperstown baseball
The location in relation to Dreams Park was perfect. The property is beautiful with lots of space for kids to run around and have some fun downtime while the adults relaxed on the deck. Would definitely recommend to families traveling to Cooperstown for the Dream Park experience!

Beautiful and Relaxing!
We spent a long weekend at the Apple Tree Pond property and it was as described! The house is beautiful and exactly as described. We enjoyed fishing and using the boats, and enjoyed relaxing on this beautiful property. Communication was good and quick and helpful! The only suggestion I have are for the door for the playroom with the dart board and ping pong table. The door got locked before our stay and they had to get the maintenance over to unlock it which took some time, no big deal at all, but I suggest putting a keyless entry on the door so that maintenance doesn't have to come over when this happens! We loved the house and hope to come stay again in the future!

Amazing property
This is one of the first properties that exceeded my expectations. The property is gorgeous, and the pond was so much fun to fish in and explore with the kayak. The kitchen was very well equipped, and everything was very comfortable. We really enjoyed buying fresh eggs in the morning from the house next door. It was extremely convenient to Dreams Park. My only criticism is the limitation of 10 guests at the property. While I understand limiting team parties, we would have liked to have had a few families over to enjoy our time together. Other than that, I highly recommend this property to anyone who loves nature and is looking for a peaceful property.

Close to Cooperstown Dreams
Large house with lots of privacy from the road and other homes. Many rooms, though the bedding and furniture could use a refresh. Close to Cooperstown, MLB HOF and Dreams Park, 30 min drive to Oneonta (a very nice drive, but led us to have to plan our days and lose out on time at the property.

My family stayed here with 2 other families and we absolutely loved it. Beautiful property with kayaks, paddle boat, fishing, basketball. House was amazing and clean! Kids had a blast! Highly recommend…Would definitely stay again.

Apple Tree Pond Great Experience
Although we have rented a lot in the U.S. and Europe, this was easily a top choice--marred somewhat by problems with the air conditioner, which they were trying to fix--said part was missing.

California comes to Apple Pond
The house was as expected and had everything we needed as far as toys, linens, supplies, and appliances. As a previous owner of a vacation rental myself, I know how imperative it is for guests to have everything they need for a great, stress-free vacation. I must however, mention the A/C was not working at the time in all the bedrooms but it was cool enough for most of us in the house and the property manager did keep us apprised of the repair status. House is huge and comfortably slept our party of 6. Had the baseball team/families over for a BBQ which was awesome to be able to do - and the main reason I chose this house! Everyone had a blast and the players/coaches got to take a little break to bond and relax! Thank you for our stay. We will miss Cooperstown!

Great experience!
Apple Tree Pond is in a perfect location for relaxing and entertaining. We loved fishing in the pond and eating on the deck of house. Each day was a trip to a local attraction and having this comfortable and well appointed house made every day of the vacation more memorable. Thank you for making the entire process enjoyable!

Snag this property while you can!
WOW! This home absolutely delivers! My family, ranging from 6 to 72, all had a blast. There was never a dull moment between fishing, kayaking, exploring, playing cards or just enjoying the sunrise. The home came fully equipped and we did not need anything. There were a few hiccups but Michele, property manager, was extremely responsive and helpful. We will absolutely book this home again when in the area.

Everything we hoped it would be
From beginning to end, this was a wonderful vacation. We had intended it to be a quiet get away where we could enjoy nature and that is exactly the experience we had with the added bonus of all the fun we had with fishing, kayak races, the canoe and the paddle boat! The home was beautiful, clean and conveniently set up with TVs in each room and working WiFi for our nighttime movies. We would love to come back again!

Great Rental!!
The house was great to stay in - it had all the amenities and supplies you needed, plus extras to keep the kids happy (ping pong, fishing poles, paddle boats, soccer balls, etc.). It is very close to Cooperstown and about 30 mins to All Star Village. Definitely recommend!!
