Al otro lado de la carretera de la fabulosa playa de Coopers. 150 metros a la reserva de playa y parque infantil con fácil acceso a 2 km de arenas doradas. 300 metros de tiendas y restaurantes. Gran terraza con todos los muebles de exterior y barbacoa para disfrutar de excelentes vistas de la playa y vistas de 180 grados de Doubtless Bay. Nuestra casa de vacaciones tiene una cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas, nevera / congelador, microondas y estufa completa. El salón / comedor tiene TV con canales gratuitos, DVD, sistema de radio / estéreo, chimenea de gas y aire acondicionado. Totalmente equipado para pasar unas vacaciones divertidas con 2 kayaks, equipo de pesca, bicicletas, tablas de surf y palos de golf gratuitos para su uso.
Una ubicación ideal para explorar el extremo norte, visitar la famosa pescadería Mangonui, pasear por esta zona histórica y disfrutar de los encantadores restaurantes en el Mangonui.
Relájate y escucha el sonido de las olas en la playa.

Great location, older house but everything we needed for a family group of 7, even 2 bathrooms. Queen bed in the back bedroom a bit too thin for comfort.

We would like to thank you Warren for letting us stay at your property with short notice. It was a treat to be able to come from camping to a nice place to stay for a night close to where we were camping. There were 9 of us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our teenager children liked how close the basktetball court was and how everything was at a walking distance, how relaxing and close to the beautiful beaches, also all the things our children could use that were at the property. Totally enjoyed the fishing too as it was only 5 minutes away. Thank you for our stay

Paradise in Coopers
Communication with Warren was effective and straightforward. No need to communicate once check in details were received. The home itself was great, a great area with fantastic views and the secure, fully-fenced grounds were perfect for our dogs. The linen and beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were great and worked perfectly. The only downside was one neighbour who thought themselves to be in a rock band, playing off kilter drums until well past 11pm and then finished off the show by having a verbal yelling match with their partner. They also attempted to park their car over the driveway and block one of cars in. Overall though, as we didn't necessarily spend tons of time in the home (2 nights), we would stay again.

Handy location close to supermarket and the beach.great space for relaxing and cooking and the balcony was a nice place for dinner with a great view. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay
Great place to stay - the house had everything we needed and was just a few minutes walk to the beach and a few minutes more to the shops. Great to be able to bring our dog along too. Everything was clean and well maintained and it was a bonus to have an en-suite on the bedroom too. Thanks for a great stay.

do not recommend this property for a happy holiday
Stayed in this house from 6th to 13th of February 2021 with a family of 5 and a small dog. Advantages of this house: 1. Easy and quick 5 minutes walk to the beach; 2. 7 minutes walk to 4Square ; 3. Lots of sleeping places; 4. The kitchen is fully equipped; 5. There is a hitpump (very old, but works); 6. There is a gas fireplace (but we did not have a gas bottle to use it); 7. Fully fenced area, our medium sized dog was safe; Cons: 1. The house is old, in the whole house there is a strong smell of an old carpet, which has not been cleaned for a long time (this was very frustrating); 2. The house is located along the main road, it is quite noisy during the day; 3. One of the two showers could not be used because the shower stall was not properly installed and water was spilled all over the floor. Everyday (especially after the beach) we all were waiting for our turn to take a shower. 3. The lock on the door in the shower in the master bedroom did not work, the door did not close properly. 5. All sofas in the living area are very old and worn and have an unpleasant smell; 7. The washing machine is installed in the basement, it is very dirty down there and the machine is dirty too. The machine stands high of the ground and it is very difficult to pull out the laundry from it. The washing machine itself is new, but very dirty, it was unpleasant to use it. The tumble dryer is also dirty, we preferred to dry everything outside. 9. All entertainments listed in the description to this house (bicycles, kayaks, bodyboards) were in poor condition (bicycles had deflated wheels and no pump to blow them. A bit rusty too). 2 out of 3 bodyboards were cracked and as a result we completely broke one after just a minute on the water. We had to buy a new one. We didn’t use the rest of the accessories. We were quite disappointed with this house ( and this is not our first holiday house we rent). Can't really recommend it as a good holiday stay.

Unable to access kayaks, bikes, laundry due to basement being full of rubbish and unsafe electrical cords. Broken windows, door handles and need a good clean (ie only surface cleaned) but nothing a good tlc and deep clean wouldn’t fix

fantastic stay
Lovely property with easy access to the most beautiful beach (Coopers) which have trees for shade and my dogs just loved it too. House was very clean with an ensuite in one of the rooms. Lovely deck both ends of the house. Beds were very comfortable and our stay was amazing. Kitchen set up really well with everything you could need. Definately book again.

Lovely owners very helpful. Amazing views of the ocean the front deck was a great place to start your day off with breakfast and a view. Five minute walk to the beach. Plenty of room at the house. We really enjoyed our time.

What a great family bach
Highly recommended. We had a wonderful time. Tidy and clean. Everything you need is provided. Plenty of room for the whole family. Beach just down the road with a playground, famous fish n chip shop just a short drive away. Would love to come back
